The restaurant and it's staff were great, it looked great, the vibes were really good, the food was good, we did not have to wait long for the food to come and the waitress was always on watch if you need anything. The restaurant part was flawless.

Everything other than the restaurant. We booked a room with a queensized bed, it said one was available. We were informed after the booking that it was not available and instead got decently smaller room with two single beds, for a couples vacation. The only window was small, the TV did not work and had clearly not been touched in a while given that the batteries in the remote had leaked. Worse of all was the heating. In a mountain-side town in the dead of winter the radiator was barely warm, I'll be damned if the room was ever above 18*C. When I asked the staff I was informed that the heating is on a 4 hour on-again off-again cycle and that it would get warmed. Which it did not for the 3 nights we were there.

Value for money!

Location was excellent! Cost was very cheap. Cleanliness great. Parking provided and allowed to use after checking out. Basic accommodation but definitely value for money.

The shower did not have own enclosure within the bathroom, it was toilet & shower with nothing to separate them. I only stayed one night so this was ok, would have been annoying otherwise.

Perfectly located, nice owner. Hotel with local tavern

Nice owner (speaks German), very clean place with restaurant. The rooms are quiet (which I found difficult to find in Bulgaria) and we had a nice balcony. There's a private parking that may suit 5-6 cars. The bed was comfortable and the sheets very clean. It is very centrally located as you're almost on the main walking street of Bansko.

If you are visiting check if there will be heating!

The location of the property is very good - situated in the city centre and close to the main street and restaraunts.

We visited the property in early October, and to our surprise, there was no heating in the rooms, even though the temperatures were between 1 to 5 degrees. We kindly asked the owner on the first night if he could provide us with a heater for the room as we were staying with our 2 year old child, and he said he would “think of something.” The next morning, we asked again if we could have a heater, as the room temperature was not comfortable. To our surprise, we were offered a refund for the second night and asked to leave, as apparently the electricity was too expensive and it was not worth providing us with a heater.

Pleasant stay

Nice guest house with restaurant, close to the town centre. Very helpful owner who gave us a plug to charge our electric vehicle and helped us with everything we needed. Very good breakfast.

Only downside is that we could not eat dinner in the reastaurant when we arrived as we were kinda relying on that so we had to find a different one, which was not an issue

The room was cozy, with a comfortable bed. It wasn’t fancy, but it was clean and convenient nonetheless. We were welcomed by—if I’m not mistaken—the owner, who let us choose between two rooms. Our reservation included breakfast, and I can’t even begin to describe how tasty the traditional mekitsa was. The hotel is located in the city center, making it very easy to get everywhere. The restaurant is amazing, with a detailed, thoughtful interior and truly delicious dishes. The service went above and beyond.

Very good location, comfy room, no parking available

Warm and quiet room (second floor). Comfy beds. 1min away from the main shopping street. Good size of the room for 2 people with ski equipment.

Even though it says it has parking, it was never available for the hotel guests. No help provided as to where you can actually park. You cannot park on the street outside. Not convenient if you have to carry all your luggage and equipment.

Positive vibes from the staff

The staff are very positive, always smile on the face. Fresh breakfast. We have six options, with coffee or tea. Private parking area.

The towels and sheets are changed after 3 days. Daily, in my opinion is always a better idea. The parking is small.

They offered to serve us a breakfast early, from 8am, but it was still too late for skiing due to the long queue for gondala. The food at dinner was fantastic. Really lovely with great service.

Most of our group got lovely rooms however one of the group ended up in the attic without a balcony in a small dark room that smelt of stale smoke. The owner didn't care when we asked him to change the room even though there were rooms available still (on bookings.com). Pity as everything else about our stay was fantastic.

This was a real hotel , not just naming a hotel. This is a great hotel where the service is excellent and the hygiene as well on the highest level. There was daily changing towels and bedding sets , and all personnel is happy to answer with smile everything you ask while being kind and proffesional .Top place to chose , you will be extremely happy .

Location cannot be better. Staff - friendly. Breakfast - very good. Room was clean. Bathroom needs some small improvements: install shower curtain and fix the bad smell from the sewer.
