Everything, Nicholay is a wonderful host and beautiful human being! The room was immaculate. I had a great sleep each night. Quiet, comfortable and great location. Just a few minutes walk to the pedestrian stroll in the center of this lovely city. Highly recommend!
That I missed the best part of the winter for the ski hill. I will return though.

Great Spot. Nikolay (Host) was very gracious and helpful. The room was excellent value for money and had everything we needed. Great communication from Nikolay and he helped a lot with navigating the city, skiing requirements etc
I have nothing negative to say. The room was exactly what was required and the host was excellent.

The rooms were super clean and very well organized. we felt comfortable the moment we arrived. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the Gondola with super easy access to the slopes, and everywhere, which made everything so convenient.
We thank to hotel owner a lot — he was incredibly kind and helpful during both check-in and check-out. He helped us find a taxi when it was almost impossible to get one. We truly appreciated his support and hospitality.
This will definitely be our go-to place every time we visit Bansko.
