Perfect location, clean and well organized room

The rooms were super clean and very well organized. we felt comfortable the moment we arrived. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the Gondola with super easy access to the slopes, and everywhere, which made everything so convenient. We thank to hotel owner a lot — he was incredibly kind and helpful during both check-in and check-out. He helped us find a taxi when it was almost impossible to get one. We truly appreciated his support and hospitality. This will definitely be our go-to place every time we visit Bansko.

Nice welcoming host, offering a lot of recommendations and information. Clean room. Location centered - not far, but not too close either (to attractions), accessible by foot.

Soundproofing could be better (the room door gap makes everything that happens in the stairway audible, and vice versa). The tap makes noise when open, resonating through the wall. Only microwave for heating/cooking. Shared refrigerator, keep an eye on your food. Wifi was sometimes slow (it would be nice to add a 5Ghz AP).

The property is conveniently located close to the ski zone and the pedestrian street (Pirin St.), with easy access to supermarkets open until 10:00 PM. The host was very welcoming and provided all the necessary information, which proved to be extremely helpful during our stay. Also, very helpful that we have good and free parking.

5 minutes walk to old town, 20 minutes walk to bus station. Excellent WiFi internet. Lovely kitchen with microwave, electric kettle, egg boiler but no stove. Not to forget the great owner, provide the best advice, easy WhatsApp communication, highly recommended

Lovely house and hosts, definitely will come back again

Everything was great, absolutely nothing to complain about. The location of the house is very central, close to the old town, but very quiet. The view from the room was exceptional, fantastic view over the mountains. The hosts were the best- they gave me helpful suggestions where to eat, what to see, advice what to do, just wonderful people. Thank you very much for everything, hope to see you gain soon.

Nikolay (owner of the Guest House) was very kind and helpful. Whenever I needed him, he was available and the room was tidy, clean, not too far from the centre and in a quiet neighbourhood. Overall I was happy with the price and the experience :)

the view on snowy peaks was stunning! the room itself extremely spacious, warm, bright and comfortable with super clean, high standard bathroom. The host Nikolay is very friendly and chatty - gave us so many nice recommendations! A really nice touch is massive kitchen/dining area where everybody can prepare their meals if they wish so while making new friends :) Highly recommended place!

The host was very helpful before and during our stay he gave us multiple recommendation on where to go where to eat and everything we asked. The room was very clean, comfy and at the right temperature. We parked outside the property very easy and the area looked very safe. Only 3-4 min drive to the center. I wish we booked more days in this property we were so satisfied and its very value for money. Definitely going back!
