Perfect location, very clean and comfortable! The host was very welcoming, the room was new and clean, we were able to use the kitchen which was fully equipped and the laundry room also.

Bad
They canceled my reservation a few hours before my arrival, even though I paid in advance. Apparently they had a problem with the water. Then they offered me alternative accommodation which was much worse and I did not accept it. I am not giving them poor review because of all that, because accident can happen to anyone (although now I doubt that there really was a failure). I give them a bad rating because they delayed returning my money. They told me that they had paid, but after a few hours, at my insistence, they replied that they still lacked more information about my bank account and that's why they didn't pay (it was a bad excuse, of course they had all the information). The highlight of the story was when I asked them to bring me my money in cash, they insisted that it be in their currency - Bulgarian levs, which I don't use, I asked them to bring me euros. They brought me euros, but one paper note was torn in several places and stuck with duct tape.
