Nothing! Might be good to have a bathmat for the outside of the bathroom doors but that would be my only suggestion.

Perfect facility for a group of friends, unpleasant experience with the owner.

I rented the entire house for the group of 11 friends. We cooked our breakfasts and dinners together - the dining room is large and comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and functional - excellent for our group. The rooms were nice, the beds - comfortable. Parking is abundant - at least out of season. WiFi worked very well.

The place needs just a touch to become perfect. If you use the kitchen - ask for instruction of how to use the equipment there. The bathroom was a bit strange - just a shower connected to the tap, but totally usable. Unfortunately, the owner got angry with us in the middle of our stay and became aggressive and uncooperative. That's what she answered when I asked her about the possibility to leave luggage after check out: "From our experience, it has been found that detecting guests checking in and out can cause them discomfort. Therefore, we ask that you check out by 12 noon so that the house can be prepared for the new accommodation. One more thing: There are 2 broken plates from the dining area. They need to be paid for. Their total value is 20 leva." Just to complete: a plate exploded in the microwave (probably it was cracked), and the second plate - just invented by the owner. To require 5 Euro for a simple glass bowl - hmmm... I have never been required to pay for a broken plate in a guesthouse. Of course, we paid the 10 euro, but a bitter feeling remained.

Nice accommodation for a group of friends

The house is not super-modern, but quite comfortable, especially for a group of friends who prefer to cook and have meals together. Wi Fi is OK, beds are OK, everything clean.

The lights in the house (in the rooms and also in the dining room) could be better, now there is a feeling of darkness. The electric kettle didn't work, so we had to boil water using alternative means.

Very friendly, allowed us to come and go as we wished which was great as we where a large group of 20. Very reasonable, simple but very comfortable and everything you need for a snowboarding/ski holiday

Warm, friendly, charming guesthouse

Stayed here in the apartment with my dad for two nights while we climbed Pirin. Lovely guesthouse, very comfortable with charming decor and friendly hosts. The courtyard/garden area was just gorgeous. It's a warm family-run business where you might see kids, grandkids and a couple of friendly little dogs if you're lucky. Nice place to stay if you're looking to avoid a boring old hotel.

Wonderful guest house to stay at for skiing at Bansko

Very large and really nice guest house close to Bansko. The location is ideal and with a car, you are at the Bansko ski resort within a couple of minutes! The hosts were very nice and helpful with regard to all matters. Because we were delayed, we arrived late in the night. They even stayed up until 4 o'clock at night to check us in! It really is a fantastic place to stay at! Ski/snowboard gear can also be stored for free. And there is a very nice bar and kitchen attached to the guest house which you can use.

Everything was really great. A minor point would be the limited amount of warm water - but with a whole group showering at nearly the same time that makes sense. And the boiler warms up the water quickly anyway.

Stedet var helt vidunderligt og enormt dejligt personale. Hele rejseselskabet vil give stedet 10/10 og personalet 20/10 hvis det var muligt. Vi havde hele stedet for os selv, da vi var en stor flok, og det fungerede helt vidunderligt.
