Below Expectations
The food was good and the staff was nice.
The room was quite disappointing. The windows were only in the ceiling, which made it feel a bit claustrophobic. There was a wardrobe placed so close to the bed that you couldn’t fully open the doors. The shower only had a curtain, so water ended up everywhere. Overall, it definitely didn’t feel like 4-star conditions. The spa facilities were also below expectations. The sauna was small, the steam sauna wasn’t working, and the water in the jacuzzi looked rather dirty. The recreation room wasn’t functional either, the foosball table was partially broken, the PlayStation didn’t work, and the couches were dirty. The gym was also a joke.

New Concept Hotel
We had a great time in this hotel, will for sure come back and recommend to anyone in Bansko. They treat you like family from the moment you enter. Don't look at you like a wallet as many other places buy keeps giving and giving. The hotel has many interesting hidden rooms with interesting features. The cinema is our favorite the gym concept is cool although can be improved. The food is above and beyond we didn't expect it to be that good for that price although everyone in the comments was saying so. The location is also very good just next to the city sqaure.
The gym has a lot of potential, however at the moment there are not enough appliances.

we found our favorite hotel in Bansko
We come to Bansko for more than 10 years, stayed in many hotels, 5 stars, 4 stars, you name it. We enjoyed a lot in this new concept hotel, we felt like home. The food had to be mentioned as super tasty and good quality. The location is very comfortable. The rooms are big. From now on we know where we are staying when in Bansko.
The ski shuttle was not operational during our stay (October). They said it's functions only during the season. It was not mentioned in the description.

highly Recommended
I would like to compliment the staff of this hotel, the most awsome people you will meet in Bulgaria in this sector. The food was superb, thanks to Chef Rusev. The location is very good too, you are steps from city square. The rooms are big nice and hot.
Drinks are not included in the dinner, we didn't expect it at first. however we really liked the concept of pay once, 2 euros, refill as much as you want.
