The food was good and the staff was nice.
The room was quite disappointing. The windows were only in the ceiling, which made it feel a bit claustrophobic. There was a wardrobe placed so close to the bed that you couldn’t fully open the doors. The shower only had a curtain, so water ended up everywhere. Overall, it definitely didn’t feel like 4-star conditions.
The spa facilities were also below expectations. The sauna was small, the steam sauna wasn’t working, and the water in the jacuzzi looked rather dirty.
The recreation room wasn’t functional either, the foosball table was partially broken, the PlayStation didn’t work, and the couches were dirty. The gym was also a joke.
