The staff was very polite and friendly. It was a pleasure to interact with them.

The amenities are old-fashioned and worn out. What was especially uncomfortable was the bed and the pillows. The bed was leaning towards the head and somehow made my back hurt. After two nights spent at the hotel room 412 my back still hurts

Almost everything. Bad check in. Telling no free parking when actually there was free parking. Poor dinner, paying extra for drinks that was not mentioned in reservation. Locking door system failure at 10pm , hair dryer not working.

Не ми хареса,че в стаята ни не беше особено топло може би, защото бяхме в крайна стая,в басейна също може да вдигнат температурата на водата с още няколко градуса.

Hotel je dobar,osoblje je dobro jos ove sitnice da poprave i bice odlican!!!

Hrana je dobra skoro pa odlicna vidi se da se trude!!!!

Pvc stolarija lose digtuje,radijatori su premali za kvadraturu sobe,dobili smo pec na struju,trebalo bi da naglase gostima da ako je hladno u sobi potraze dodatnu pec,mi smo potrazili tek kada smo se smrzli!!!I takodje mi se ne svidja to sto je bazen hladan!!!Trebalo bi i to da poprave!!!Hrana je dobra ali bi trebalo da skrenu paznju ljudima koji rade u kuhinji da ne otimaju ljudima tanjire iz ruke veoma je ruzno kada neko gleda u vas tanjir dok jedete i ceka cim ga ispraznite da ga pomeri,deluje kao da bi nam i hranu izvadili iz usta😃 verovatno su im tako naredili nije do njih ali deluje bas bezveze!!!!

Pirin ski i spa 2026

Osoblje izuzetno ljibazno. Tu su uvek na usluzi. Odvozili i vracali sa gondole iako je ponekad bila samo 1 osoba. Menadžer hotela pita sve goste kako su zadovoljni i da li imaju primedbe. Bazen veliki čist, voda topla u bazenu. Hrana odlična. Svakog dana razlicita i za svakog. Sokovi iz aparata su odlicni, za razliku od nekih hotela gde se osrca samo koncentrat od soka. Znaci sokovi su odlicni. Aparat za kafu je nov i pravi odlicne napitke.Parkin u okviru hotela.

Daljinu do gondole su nadomestili brzim razvozom.

Отношението,местоположението,храната.За първи път сме на полупансион,на който има разнообразна и мнооооого вкусна храна.Има билярд,който е безплатен,също така и безплатен тенис на маса.

Има и доста недостатъци,но не са фрапиращи и не могат да развалят прекрасната почивка.

Дуже приємний персонал та надзвичайно смачна їжа в ресторані. Готель має гарне розташування. Також моєму сину дуже сподобався великий басейн.

Моя дружина полюбляє пити чай у номері, але там не було чайника. Також мінібар був порожнім протягом усього часу нашого перебування.

Rezil hotel

Tesis rezil çalışanlar daha da rezil (garson,temizlikci hariç)yemeklerde su bile vermiyorlar,Bulgaristan da şimdiye kadar konakladıgim en berbat kahvaltı ve akşam yemekleri olan hotel 2 yıldızı bile hak etmeyen tesis tavsiye etmiyorum. Paranıza yazık.
