Very good stay, good value

Good quiet hotel, still close to Gondola walk 10min. Spa was great, we really appreciate it after skiing. Staff were good, any request had been sort it fast. Nice decor of outlr room, warm and with balcony. Pancakes had been good with some fruit too. I would still rate this hotel very high regardless value i had paid. So very satisfied. I would go back next time.

We had been a bit disappointed with no continental breakfast, but in the end it was ok. Our room was small, but still we get used to.

This hotel is run by elderly women who truly care and work very hard to make guests feel welcome. You can really feel their effort. The price is very good for the location. The room was cleaned every day. The staff were always polite, kind, and ready to help with anything we needed. Breakfast and spa were simple and not luxurious, but absolutely fine if you don’t have high expectations.

Great experience

The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped. It had everything one can need. The staff is very nice and friendly, we felt really welcomed, like home. Breakfast was great, fresh pancakes every morning. Pool was small but warm, 32 degrees. Location is right next to center, very nice for walks

The spa center is small, compared to other hotels. The pool Is 120m deep, ideal for children, for adults is small for swimming.

Well located stay

Really welcoming staff. Great breakfast and close to the slopes and restaurants. Spa facilities were very welcomed after a day of skiing.

It’s ok for the price but there are many areas where it could improve.

It has nice location and polite, friendly and helpful staff. The spa section is also alright.

There are bathtubs but no plug for it, when you ask for it, they don’t give it to you. Parking is only far away possible. In some rooms the fridge is not working. The breakfast is a joke, poor quality not fresh and small selection. No trashcans in the rooms. Not enough place for clothes, no furniture in the bathroom.

This was very nice place, suitable for family. Accommodation was convenient, large enough and clean. Location was very good, and the owners were excellent. Communication with them was very easy and they were very supportive.

Good value for money

Very good location of the hotel, 10-15 minutes away from the Gondola Lift, no need to use car. Ski room available. Welcoming and friendly staff.

There is no parking, we parked on the street. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Duvet was without sheet (extremely unusual for me). Luckily the sheet was provided on the request the next day. In general cleanliness could be better in room and spa. Community area was used by guests who consumed alcohol and made noise during the night.

August weekend in Bansko center

Our room was under the roof. So, it was a wonderful view of the old town. Small nice balcony. There wasn't an air conditioner, but the room stayed cool and fresh. Super cozy and big bed.

The staff were very polite and they managed to get us a parking place as well. Good location.

The rooms were not that clean, you could see a layer of dust on the shelves. Also the beds were very low and uncomfortable, especially for older people to sit and get up (they were below knee - heigh). Breakfast was good but same every day.

Hotel staff was extremely helpful and considerate. Close to the ski lift and best restaurants in Bansko. Excellent location. Very clean and well maintained spa facilities. Room was always warm.

The owners create the hotel atmosphere!

We stayed there for 3 days , it was one of the best experience we have ever encountered. The hotel is in the centre of the city , it is absolutely clean, comfortable, and totally value-for -money! The luxurious suite was truly out of the world ,the view was insane and the decoration beautiful. But the greatest thing of our stay wasnt the hotel, but the owners themselves.From the very first moment they were sweet, and caring to accommodate us with every little detail explained. On our way to departure, we had encountered a problem with our car and they left everything behind and literally helpt us with all they could, and they even offered us to stay a little longer in case we were tired . We appreciated that ,it was truly a genuine human behaviour. If you decide to come to bansko, this cozy family hotel should be on your #1. We definitely plan on visiting the hotel in the next year !

It was very close to Goldola lift and city center... Very spacious and warm room... It was even had a jacuzzi tub, sauna steam room and hamam room for free... I will be my first choice when i will get back to Bansko...😁

Great atmosphere at SLH by Andre

From the moment we enter was a very nice experience, the kids enjoyed the garden in front of the hotel, with arch and arrows. We was checked in immediately, the room was clean, the beds very comfortable and bathroom warm and with heated floor. For a family is a perfect apartment, and near was a kitchen if you need to cook or eat. The hotel is located exactly in the centre of the city, wich was very handy, shops were near and gondola ski close enough, just 10 minutes walk. We liked the spa centre as well, with jacuzzi, sauna,hamam and saline room, we had a pleasant evenings there! As well, breakfast was good with enough food, yo gain energy for whole day. The staff was very lovely and welcoming, helped us with questions we had about the ski, being first time. I highly recommend this hotel as a place to stay in Bansko!
