The staff were friendly and helpful, great location and breakfast with everything we needed not much but quality.

Everything was fine, except in one of the rooms we had issue with the chimney as it was exactly outside the window and we couldnt open the windows for fresh air.

Great value for money and great staff

Great value for money, good location, good breakfast. The owners were super friendly. The steak house on the bottom is good and well priced. I will definitely try to stay there next time I am in Bansko.

There was a problem with one of my friends´ bedroom, for 2 od the days they were given a bedroom with a bathtub where they could only really shower sitting down on the bath tub since the ceiling was too low. That was a pity and is something I and they cannot forget in an evaluation. But as for my experience, no complaints

Non accommodating lady owner….checking in and out of almost empty hotel wouldn’t allow 2-3hrs flexibility and I had to book another hotel due to 2-3 hrs late departure!

We have liked everything! The food is more than delicious! The staff is super cool and cooperative, supportive! Each day one lady came to clean our room when waa comfortable for us, our room was exactly as it was describe, with everything needed in! We ll back with pleasure, highly recommended!

The hotel was very clean ,cozy , with a good interior design and a tasty breakfast every morning.The staff (family members) are very polite, helpful and nice. They gave us directions to everything that we were looking for and even exchanged euro to lev when we need it desperately. They make us feel very welcome and were there to help us every time. 10/10 recommended Also the cleaning lady tied up the whole room,the bed was very comfortable and the whole room was awesome ! THANKS TO THEM❤️they were there all the time….

The room was clean, warm and quiet in the night. Location is good, 10 minutes walk to the gondola lift. Good breakfast too, plenty of food and without meat too if you are a vegetarian. They have a ski room and free parking place near by.

The room and bathroom were kind of small for 2 people and in the bathroom the shower cap needs to be changed. They don't have a shuttle to the gondola lift.

Nice place

Free breakfast with unlimited coffee (not just one like other places). Very nice fireplace in the restaurant, right after skiing the table in front of the fireplace was free (it was still 4-5pm) so we sat there, enjoyed the fire and got some red wine. It was such a wonderful experience!

No parking in front of hotel, you need to find parking yourself.

Ücretsiz kahvaltısı restoranında ve gayet yeterli. Steak House’u var. Şöminesi, dekarasyonu, garsonlar, yemekleri, şarapları harika. Sarımsaklı ekmek, salata, caprese, kuzu tandır, fransız rose, cheesecake enfesti. Bir sonraki Bankso ziyaretimde de burda kalacağım.

Kahvaltıda hergün değişik birşey sunabilirler. Uzun süre kalınca en azından lezzetler değişik olabilir diye düşünüyor insan.

O pequeno-almoço é bem serviço, variado e saboroso. A localização é excelente, perto da zona antiga da cidade e numa boa distância a pé da gondola, e de restaurantes (incluindo o do hotel que é bom). O hotel é limpo e o pessoal atencioso.

O quarto é um pouco pequeno para duas pessoas. O horário do pequeno-almoço começa um pouco tarde, considerando que fomos numa viagem de ski e precisamos de chegar cedo à gondola e às aulas de ski. Fica tudo muito apertado.

Al treilea sezon la Family Hotel Lazur. Un loc primitor cu oameni prietenosi si deschisi. Ne simtim foarte bine de fiecare data:) Proprietarul ne-a facut o reducere pentru zilele petrecute la sauna. Mancarea e buna, curatenia in camere se face in fiecare zi, doamna care se ocupa de asta e foarte draguta.
