Location was ok but the comfort was bad…

Location was ok

The bathroom drain was clogged; the water wasn't draining. The hair dryer was not working. The mattress sheets were too small and the pillows were in loose condition.

Excellent value fo money, perfect location, with sauna and steam

Excellent location. Gondola is about 5-8min walk. As are all the main restaurants. Price was spot on. Staff superb and so friendly. Sauna and steam facilities absolutely ideal after a day on the slopes. Room big, warm and comfy beds. Ski storage on site Really comfy sofas in main reception, good while waiting for your transfer. Provided with towels and shower facilities on last day to get ready before pick up.

Bit outdated but its Bulgaria, shower had to run for 5mins to get warm. All no big deal considering the fantastic price. Priced correctly for the standard of accommodation.

Big rooms, great location, relaxing spa, and superb value.

Our first stay at Belleview Residence Apartments was excellent. Very large rooms and bathrooms, comfortable beds, and friendly staff. The apartments are very close to the town centre, with plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from, and just a 5–10 minute walk to the gondola. The spa facilities are very good, with steam rooms and saunas. Overall, great value for money - highly recommended.

No off-street parking but there's plenty of space in the surrounding streets. No in-house breakfast (you can have one in their sister hotel near by) but there's plenty of choice in the town .

Location was very nice. When you left from hotel, you are so close to the city center. Staff was so friendly. Unfortunately our family had a health issue so we left immediately from hotel 1 day advance from the exact reservation date and they provided us a good solution. As a result, I recommend this hotel.

You had to go to different hotel in order to eat breakfast and if you plan to come by car, you might face carpark problem. There was a public parking opposite of the street and there might be a solution for visitors.

Very good value for money!

For us is 2nd time at this property. The apartment we’ve stayed at 3rd floor, with 3 rooms (2 bedrooms) didn’t had a kitchen (like others at this residence) but we enjoyed the big space & comfort. At reception the ladies spoke English and they’ve been helping to rent a bus . As we came for ski, I liked we could reach in only 10 min walking the main station for gondola. Also the location is at 5 min from a street with shops & restaurants & good pancakes 😊

Excellent choice for long stays in Bansko

I really enjoyed my stay at Bellevue Residence apartments because as a matter of fact, not only my requests have been met but exceeded to the point that instead of an economy room I have been upgraded to a de facto Junior suite, combining a spacious bathroom with bathtub to a large room with sofa, comfy armchairs, tables, desk, fridge and balcony.The tranquillity at night made me sleep particularly well, thanks to the generous size of the bed and the perfect firmness of the mattress.Also, the quality of the sheets and pillows and the many downy towels helped increasing the level of comfort and coziness.The professional receptionist, her excellent English and her remarkable attentiveness in every possible situation, solving any contingent problem practically in no time has been really considerable.During daytime the size of the room allowed me to work, rest and eat like in a private apartment and the location, some 5mins from the Gondola, being very central allowed me to get everything from groceries to a good coffee or a nice meal in just a few minutes walk.I will be happily back to Bansko after this pleasant experience!.

The internet connection could have been be faster.Unfortunately the swimming pool and the spa were closed but a nearby free shuttle to the Pulse therme fixed this problem.If you use the bathtub, remember that the hot water comes from a boiler near the toilet, and is therefore limited.The tiny balcony has a large table but no chairs.

The property was very welcoming and the rooms were very spacious and immaculate

There was no cutlery or plates in the room even though there was a microwave and fridge. That’s the only thing I can say on the downside. Everything else was great

Exceptional

Even though I did not use any of the facilities of The Bellevue Residense ,I enjoyed my stay . The room and toilet was big and clean . It is very near Pirin str and very close to Gondola. Actually it is in the center of everything. There is a garage for your car to park , underneath the Residence Staff was excellent. Special thanks to Maya and her colleague ( I don't recall his name,I'm very sorry) They were both very helpful and smiling .

Exceptional

Bellevue Residence Apartments. This is my first time staying here. The location is great as it is 7 minutes walk to the gondola. The sauna /steam rooms area is nice whivh also provides an ice spa to soak your feet for recovery after skiing. The room and bathroom are spacious, clean and warm, which is what you need. One of the best part of my stay was the staff who were brilliant as they were able to sort out an extra day stay for me despite the hotel being fully booked. I found them to be helpful, polite and always willing to assist you to make your stay comfortable. Their professionalisum is a credit to the hotel. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel.
