Exceptional value for money

We liked everything at our stay at Iglika. The room was very clean, the staff was friendly and everything was within reach. The accommodation also included transportation to the ski gondola. Overall exceptional value for money. Would stay here again for sure.

Well worth the money!

Great staff and a very clean room. We loved our stay here as it wasn’t too far from the gondola (10min walk) and you can get anywhere in Bamako relatively easily. We also enjoyed your breakfast which was included and transport to the gondola each morning for skiing. I would highly recommended!

First day we ask the staff if we can bring some food in the room ( just for children because thei didn't wake up yet ) and the man said that is not a problem . Last day my whife want to take just a bow with milk and cereal for one child and tha same man shouted to her that is to much food and she can't take in the room anymore .

Perfect accommodation for our week long ski trip!

the apartment was a great size with comfortable beds, a good shower and equipped well with a kettle and mini fridge. The room was fairly basic but as we were there for a ski trip and out most of the time it was perfect for our stay! the staff were really friendly and helpful with any questions and the breakfast included was very much appreciated in the mornings! we also used the hot tub and steam room one evening which was a nice extra. we were very impressed with the quality of this hotel considering it was one of the cheaper stays we found and the short walk to the gondola lift was a big plus! there’s also a ski room to keep your stuff and a shuttle bus to the ski lift which again were great bonuses

Great price for a large and very comfortable room. I wasn't expecting the room to be so spacious! Would be very comfortable even with a family as the units are divided into a living room with a couch possible for use as a bed, and a bedroom. The staff were great and very nice. They made an effort with every request. The location is a seven minute walk to the town center and gondola station. The hosts also run morning shuttles to the gondola station which is very convenient. Overall, amazing value for the price.

Everything one needs for a ski vacation at a reasonable price. It is worth staying there

I knew this hotel, I stayed there before and it was according to my expectation. The staff are very kind, attentive and will do everything to please their guests. I had to leave at midnight and they offered to give me breakfast package without even asking for it. The hotel provides everything for a good ski vacation: basic fresh breakfast, transfer to the gondola, spa facilities, large, clean and comfortable rooms, dinner in their restaurant at very small prices. I had to wait a bit longer for check in and they insisted to compensate with a free dinner, which I really, really appreciated and considered to be extremely kind of them.

The coffee could have been better, but in the end I found out I could live without it, so no big deal

Worst hotel experience!

Nothing!

Worst breakfast I ever had in a hotel! Better eat outside or don't eat at all. Even the coffee from the coffee machine was horrible. The room temperature was so hot that was unbearable, I was sweating at night amd was waking up. Dirty room! Someone enter my room (the cleaner) and used my hairbrush and got it full of hair! That is disgusting!! I had to throw it away after I saw all those hairs! Nobody is in the reception area day or night so If you ever need anyone to ask a question there is nobody! Worst hotel experience I ever had in a hotel!

Totally shocked at how good an offering at this hotel . So good we want to book to return on 27 feb but sadly no space a

so traditional and a perfect introduction to Bulgaria. The facilities were spotless . I observed the host / hostess constantly cleaning and mopping the areas . The Breakfeast presentation was 5 star . I observed the host constantly topping up the cheese toasts and crepes on the hot plate . The host / hostess were truly delightful and took time to engage . it was my best visit to Bansko . I cannot understand how this property is only branded as 3 star ?? it is truly 5 star . A fantastic representation of Bulgaria’s best .

The guy that ran the place was very helpful and friendly, room was clean, breakfast was decent and minibus to the gondola at a variety of times was very handy. After skiing, they have a sauna, hot tub and steam room open. Location is good, about 10min walk to the centre and a supermarket 2 mins away.

Seemed to be tricky for cab drivers to find it on their satnavs, and room could have done with having a bin
