Lovely, varied breakfast, the lady running the property even prepared us some food to take on our departure day :) Comfy and cosy, away from the loudness of Bansko town. Spacious room with two balconies.

Few issues with the room. Sink was leaking - only resolved via putting a paper cup underneath. A few of the lightbulbs didn’t work and there was no safe. Decor was quite tired - could do with a refurbish to freshen up. Hotel is quite far from central Bansko - good if you like peace and quiet but if you are skiing it is a long way to carry your equipment. Would recommended storing ski equipment at one of the rental shops near the gondola, like we did.

The excellent ever changing breakfast. The view from the third floor bedroom where you can see mountain in distance. Parking near by on street. Very helpful host.

Shower leaked slightly, but perfectly good for us. It does not have self catering facilities. I was. It sure from the information if there would be access to a shared kitchen.

Not within walking distance from the gondola, but they arranged every morning a mini bus to take us apx 200 m from the gondola

Lovely stay

Everything was really lovely. The owner of the house was super nice and helped us with everything we needed. The room was big and comfortable. It also had a comfortable desk for work. The breakfast was awesome (starts at 7am, so good for skiers too). There was a free parking in front of the house. The SPA area was also good and quite a pleasant thing to use after skiing. There was a place to keep your ski. Everything was clean, no noise. It was really awesome.

The speed of the internet could be a bit better and also there was some smell from the drain in the bathroom.

The host was a very polite and helpful woman, the room was clean and the distance from the centre is about 10 minutes by foot. We are really satisfied and surely recommend it

The breakfast wasn’t that good but overall we didn’t even pay attention to that ( I’m not saying you can’t eat breakfast, it’s just a bit poor)

The guest house was really good; nice size rooms - amazing views from the top floor rooms; clean and warm; the common area was very friendly; the sauna and steam room were extremely nice after a day on the slopes; amazing home made breakfast; and of course, great host and friendly staff;

Everything was great. The breakfast was homemade and delicious. The host was very helpfull and easy to comunicate with. The room was cosy and comfortable and very clean. The hotel is located close to the center, about 8min on foot.

Breakfast was good! The room was big and warm enough but not hot. It was clean & nice, the bed was comfortable. We used the sauna. Overall very good experience. We can definitely come back and will recommend.

It's about 10mins walk (with hike) to the old town and gondola but we love going for walks so that's fine for us
