A great option for short or long visit.

In a neighborhood offering a glimpse of life in the city. Just a 10-15 walk from the center. Nice garden area to relax and enjoy other guests. Well maintained property. Kitchen available. Friendly staff.

We booked late and had the smallest room on the property. It was up a spiral staircase, very small with limited WiFi. Our friends on the other hand had more spacious rooms on a lower level with better WiFi.

Brilliant location, nice host, all you need

The place is very clean, the rooms are very well equipped with everything you need. We appreciated small touches like USB ports on the bedside tables, full length mirror and shoe racks. The place is 15min away from the Gondola. There is a well equipped kitchen where we could prepare our own meals. Niki gave us good advice for nearby hikes.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Exceptional garden and very big and fully equipped kitchen. We all enjoyed our stay there! The hosts were exceptionally nice helpful and thoughtful! We’ll definitely will stay there again the next time when we visit Bansko!

We were visiting during an exceptionally hot week, so it took time before the rooms cool down in the evening. The host recognizes that with climate change it’s getting necessary to install air conditioning in the rooms and is actually planning to do it for the following summer. Thank you Nikolai!

Everything was perfect. The owners were always around to help us out with everything, they provided us new towels when needed. The house has definitely everything to cook and also more like coffee and basics stuffs to cook.

A true gem in Bansko. We stayed here for a long weekend and Niki House was truly exceptional. Very nice setup with call you could need for a weekend of longer. Great staff who were very helpful with knowledge of the area. Great facilities and room with everything being clean, tidy and quiet. Bansko as well as Bulgaria is a wonderful place with wonderful people.

Lovely room with everything you could need

The property is an absolute gem. Fabulous kitchen area with every appliance you could ever wish for! Plus a washing machine…bonus. My room was spacious, comfortable, fluffy blankets, fridge. Close to the gondola (15 min walk) and old town (10 min walk). I really enjoyed my time here.

The only thing that I would change is the temperature. My room was insanely hot. I asked for the radiator to be turned off but it was only possible to turn down. So my window had to be kept open the whole time.

Fantastic quiet family home

Shiny clean and cozy room and bathroom, hot shower, comfortable beds, wi-fi, small fridge in the room. Polite and hospitable hosts. Parking spot. Total relax in the beautiful garden with kids facilities. Amazing kitchen and dining room on the ground floor offers all you need to prepare and enjoy your coffee or full course meals.
