Cosy and sweet

We had an economy room booked but Dimitri upgraded us to a room with a balcony top floor and the views of the mountains were spectacular. The breakfast was delicious. The room was clean and cleaned everyday and towels were also changed. Dimitri and his wife are nice and friendly. The house is cosy. And it is also only 15 min walk from everything you need for skiing. We will definitely come again!

O oprire senzationala in Bansko

The cabin is very beautiful, very well arranged. Everything is done with good taste in the style of the area where we are I appreciated the impeccable cleanliness of the entire building, not just the room. The staff was a 10. They called us before arriving to tell us that they were waiting for us at the accommodation to give us the key. They asked us if we wanted them to heat our outdoor bathtub because it was cool. We will definitely return to this accommodation. Thank you for everything!

The shower in the bathroom of room no. 7 did not have the best drainage system and you could wet the whole bathroom. But with a little care everything is ok. This is not an impediment for anyone. Maybe in the future an anti-slip mat would be good.

Second time there, I loved it!

I had a double room and when I got there I updated to grand suite, which was amazing. It was my second there. The family is really nice, I had breakfast everyday, which was very good. Just what you need before going skiing. It's warm all the time in the house, except during the day, when probably they lower the temps a bit. But after 5 pm until the next morning it's very warm. You can find parking on the streets, it's very quiet, no loud noises, the road was recently renovated.

Best place to stay in Bansko.

This was one of my favourite places to stay in Europe. It was my birthday and the hosts did everything they could to make my birthday extra special. The suite was amazing, so spacious and an amazing view of the mountains. Little touch's such as a welcome hot drink after a long day travelling was a bonus. Breakfast was lovely and filling. Overall this was a perfect stay and would highly recommend.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Very clean. It covered our needs. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Having a stove in the apartment would have been the cherry on the cake, but definitely not a big issue. The view from the apartment is awesome. There is a dedicated room on the ground floor for ski equipment and there is plenty of parking space in the street next to the house.

The room was very very clean and everywhere smells freshness. All in the room were new and the people here were helpful. I had the mini suite room and bathroom were very big. I haven't seen any other hotels so clean bravo.

The cleanest place I have ever been, literally you could eat from the floor if you wanted to :)) Nice view towards the mountain, peaceful garden with jacuzzi where we also had a good breakfast.

It is not easy to locate the hotel on the street - ot has no sign outside the high fence. At the reception the owner kept the discussions in a cold (but polite) manner.

The place was incredibly cute, the staff was amazing, and everything exceeded our expectations. The owner of the property advised us where to go in the mountain and offered to take us back from the mountain back to the hotel. We will definitely keep on returning to Zigen house!

Super charming and clean homely guest house with polite hosts

We loved our stay! We all had lovely, tidy and clean rooms with nice views. The host offered to put a microwave in our room as soon as he saw we were with a small child and needed to warm up milk, which was really caring and unforgettable. They were very helpful, polite and happy hosts. The breakfast was fantastic and the BBQ was amazing! The garden was delightful and the location was quiet . I would love to stay there again, it felt very homely.
