Average hotel, breakfast was nice and hot, rooms were very basic, staff were okay, would not return, location is okay, spa was nice

it was a place to stay sleep. The bed was ok, but thats where it stopped. towels were terrible, not enough of them. We stayed in a room with a kitchenette & they had no kettle, no utinsels - just a microwave & fridge - neither of which worked. Cleaning staff were very nice, but front desk & resturant were generally bothered we were there - i know some of that is cultural, but come on
