Staff were so nice and available 24/7 never waiting around. Place is clean and cleaned daily. It’s central and so close to the lifts. Little cafe hatch next door is perfect for morning coffee and abundance of shops and restaurants around.
I didn’t have any negatives during my stay, I felt looked after it was nice.

Very close to the gondola, the staff was amazing and the spa area was really nice
There is no safe inside the rooms. (There is a safe at the reception)

Location
The restaurant is a separate business downstairs and the breakfast was awful. We were given the impression of a breakfast buffet in the hotel itself but sadly not so so we spent the week going out for breakfast.

very basic but that suited us, walls are very thin so noise travels
