appart from the weather which was not so good we had a nice holiday

Very nice stay

Le location is very good, in the heart of the city, restaurants and gondola, the rooms were spacious and it was very handful to have 2 bathrooms (one with toilet and one with shower). + very nice spa, very big jacuzzi. And enough parking space in the back of the hotel. We would return if coming back to Bansko

The fact that the smoke from the restaurant's barbecue downstairs was always coming in when opening the window (needed due to the warmth in the apartament).

they have a nice jacuzzi ; and a small sauna ; near to the gondola lift; clean bathroom;

1st thing: they provided me a big double bed , but the bed sheet where not fully covered the entire bed- like this i was able to see the dirty mattress; so i asked for a big bed sheet , the lady from reception gave me another one similar with the exiting one ( 2 smalls) so i had to work a bit to cover the bed using 2 sheets; This wasn't an issue , since in my ski vacation i really enjoy making the beds and cleaning in the hotel rooms ( LOL); 2nd: dirty glasses in the room 3rd: sauna needs improvements; also the furniture is outdated

The staff... They were awful! The lady behind reception was always incredibly rude and very unhelpful. Put us in a double when we needed a twin. The door didn't lock properly and it took 2 visits from maintenance to finally offer us the proper key to deadlock the door.

I think having a booking system for the spa facilities would be beneficial as we tried to use it once and it was full and we kept going to check if free and the majority of the time the men who were using it was just having a break on the benches outside the hot tub and my daughter who is young didn’t feel comfortable to use the facilities while others where sat extra close by

The receptionists were always friendly and welcome to help you anytime. The location for skiing is perfect, it is very close to gondola station and quite close to the city center as well. The bedroom was comfortable regarding the space needed.

The room was really noisy at night and the bedroom wasn’t clean enough.

Brilliant fun holiday with family

Great fun resort, lively bars, nice restaurants and some traditional spots in the old town.

Slopes sometimes need a bit of attention (only got bashed after it snowed). Gondola queue is a pain.

Location, comfort, staff, good value for money. Right in the heart of the city, 5 min walking from gondola. Next to hotel there is a nonstop supermarket with excellent coffee at 1 leva! We had an apartment with balcony, really nice and warm.

Breakfast - we had it for 1 morning only and needed to make our picks from the evening before. Nobody in the restaurant, yet it was served cold :( That's why we opted to grab some street food on the go to the gondola.

Good location as it is a few hundred meters from the Gondola base station (that takes you up to the ski lifts). There are a lot of supermarkets and restaurants nearby, while the city center is only a short walk away. The receptionists were very friendly and accommodating.

Could use air conditioning in the summer. But since Bansko is mainly a ski resort, it shouldn't be a problem most of the time.

- Great location (300-400 m from the gondola station) - Amazing staff, very nice and friendly - Great restaurant open for breakfast and dinner only for hotel guests - Spotlessly clean rooms, warm and well maintained daily (only on request, due to Covid-19 restrictions) - GREAT value for money!
