The apartment had two rooms and balcony, it was clean and nice, we ordered two massages at the spa which were great and also the pool is nice
Its a bit far from the center, 20-25min walk at night. The jacuzzi was really hard to operate at the spa center so for 8 folks most of the time only 2 enjoyed the streams

Typical looking ski resort hotel. Nice indoor pool with a lifeguard. Outside pool (viewed from the apartment) is in the making and looks like it will be nice. Nice apartment with a balcony looking out across the countryside and close to the town centre (a few minutes walk).
The gym/fitness centre is terrible, lacking care and maintenance, and very limited, almost unusable equipment. Quite a journey by car to Rila Monastery. Also wouldn’t recommend the rafting and zipline through rafting.bg which is not far from Bansko.

A great find. We only booked in here to break a long journey and it ended up being one of our trip highlight . The apartment was perfect for 4 people, great facilities with pool and sp, lovely views out to the woods and stream below.. Staff were all so helpful. Bankso oldtown is stunning. Lovely to walk around the winding streets, with many places to eat and drink. Well worth visiting both the town and the hotel!
