Best price for value hotel in Bansko with friendly staff

Staff was very kind and helpful(stayed in different hotels inBansko). It is also important to remind that Bulgarian people in restaurants and other hotels are not friendly and can be specified as rude people. Thats why it is very very warm and polite people in the lobby and housekeepers. Also hotel received my Amazon Germany delivery two days before I arrive to hotel and keep it in luggage room and informed me when they receive goods. Rooms were clean and hot enough. Swimming pools was very clean and not too crowded in the last week of January(high season).

Apartment, terace view, river next to the hotel, spa. Room temperature was great and you can change it as you like.

Breakfast was good but could be more interesting salads, fresh juice. Would be better if spa is next to the pool. But overall great experience.

The furniture in the rooms is a bit outdated. Sewage smell in the room. The food in the hotel restaurant is not recommended (we ordered some dishes from the menu in the afternoon). Some of the people working there were not very nice or willing to help. Starting from the lady chasing me through all the spa to see where I am taking the towels to. Continuing with another representative chasing my partner to the car, because they were looking for someone from another room who probably didn't pay. In the morning, before going on a hike, we met our family in the lobby and were organizing the bagpacks, including reorganizing bottles of water in our bags. The man from the bar came and asked us not to do it because we are not allowed to be seen with "water from outside" in their area. And the "cherry on top" was when I was sitting in the jacuzzi with my family, and a (probably drunk) man with a beer in his hand started harrassing me and my family. I went to the lifeguard and asked for help and his answer was "what do you want from me, I am just a lifeguard". This was a very bad experience for me and my family, and the overall stay didn't feel like a 4 star hotel.

Moderate experience, would only visit if I had no other choice.

The spa was very nice. The pool was large and comfortable. The salt therapy room was interesting, and we really enjoyed the steam bath and jacuzzi. The breakfast we had offered a variety of options for all tastes and was very tasty. The à la carte food was also very good. The room was very comfortable and had many amenities and features for a pleasant stay. The garden with hammocks and a small river nearby was ideal for morning coffee. The parking lot was large, so there was no stress about parking, since in Bulgaria you can get a fine for parking anywhere.

The room was dirty. The cleaning lady had left the door open, so we found a nest of cockroaches in the room when we returned. The blanket on the first night was dirty from the previous guests, and when we contacted the reception desk to request a change, they responded sarcastically and hung up on us before we could even state our request. When we went to the reception desk to report the problem again, her response was, "At this hour, what can I do?" The next day, they gave us a free salt therapy session and treated us to fruit salad with wine. However, apart from the receptionist and two other reception staff members, the rest of the staff were somewhat rude. There was no Wi-Fi in the room. The accommodation does not have any means of protection on the doors, such as screens, so mosquitoes and insects were everywhere in the room as soon as you opened a door, which makes the hotel not so friendly in the summer. Finally, very few people at the hotel speak English, which sometimes makes communication difficult if you don't speak to the right person.

We had an amazing stay! The hotel was exceptionally clean — everything was spotless and well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. They really paid attention to even the smallest details, which made us feel very welcome and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety, with plenty of options for both adults and children. It had everything we needed to start the day right, including thoughtful choices for the little ones. The pool and spa area were also fantastic — very clean, well-kept, and relaxing. What made our stay even more enjoyable was the children’s play area and organized activities, which allowed us to enjoy some quiet time at the spa while knowing our kids were entertained and in good hands. We left feeling completely satisfied and would happily return. A perfect choice for families and couples alike!

The hotel is located in an area with mountain view.A mountain river behind the hotel.The facility is children friendly with playground in and outside the hotel. The SPA is very good.My special admiration for Krasimir for my Aurveda massage.Young man , but ready professional. Pleasant staying

Very spacious and clean. Being on the ground floor turned out to be great, as we could exit from our apartment straight out into the garden, where there are hammocks for hotel guests to use.

GreT value for money

I think the hotel is great value for money. I think that the food was okay, there was a lot of variety of food to choose from. I liked the big rooms, the level of cleanliness, the friendly staffs and the overall placement of the hotel with regards to Bansko.

I think that on Saturday the jacuzzi was not super clean as there were many visitors. At some moment the jacuzzi stopped and some trash such as long hairs came out on the surface. I would have appreciated if the staff just asked the guests at some moment to leave the jacuzzi to clean it (this might have happened but I was not there). It is a bit weird and it does not match the standard of 4 star hotel to serve butter mix (including palm oil and some other ingredients) rather than pure butter! I would in general have preferred less variety of food but higher quality of the food served (don’t get me wrong the food was tasty, but there is more to work on). There is no mosquito nets on the windows and also while I was there there have been some noisy kids (but there was not that much the hotel could do about that!). I did not like that the shower head was filled with calcium and that the spa gowns had some holes here and there (however I asked for a new one at the reception and I was given one). Nevertheless it is one of the best hotels in terms of price/value for the summer in Bulgaria (perhaps in the winter the prices are different).

Location is great. Especially our apartment that is on sun side and looks on the small river. The noise of the river was amazing! Prices are very good.

Nice spa and pool for relaxing

The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and the staff were very friendly. The dinner was very good and the spa area was a very nice place to relax.

Some staff were asking you to leave the spa area 15 minutes before the scheduled closing time which is fairly early in my opinion.

The room was spacious with a nice view of the mountains. The buffet breakfast was good too. Short walk to the gondolas from the hotel.

We were going to have dinner in the restaurant for my wife's birthday, but the place was a mess and full of screaming kids. Then the front desk made us stand there and wait at checkout while they sent someone to our room to make sure we didn't take anything from the fridge even though I told them we didn't.
