Noisy and extremely overrated

Generally, it is a nice hotel.

The staff was absolutely out of space, didn’t know the rooms they have, didn’t speak Bulgarian, not that this is an issue for me personally, but it is located in Bulgaria after all. There were young kids attending the spa zone, who were not supposed to be there alone, according to my understanding, as a parent myself. In the relaxation area there were some pretty loud elderly Greek guests.. The worst was the noise in the middle of the night - I had to get up and go out in the hallway to scream at some drunken English boys to shut up at 3 and 4 am! I called reception they didn’t care. I threatened with calling the police, so these guys would stop. This is absolutely unacceptable, going to a hotel in a ski resort, to ski all day and then needing to rest in the night and be bothered by some obviously uneducated and ignorant people. When I told the receptionist in the morning all she said is - we will send them a note… would never even consider staying in this place again!

Hotel was clean, warm, provided a shuttle to and from the gondola although it is only a short walk.

Staff when we arrived didn't explain where the spa was, breakfast etc lacked hospitality. Relatively expensive for the area.

Good facilities, but several disappointments

The hotel features a very pleasant lounge area with a fireplace and a bar, which creates a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The room was spacious and comfortably warm, equipped with a minibar and a large bathroom, which added to the overall comfort of the stay.

parking was quite limited, and I had to park far away from the hotel, which was inconvenient. Although the breakfast offered a wide variety of options, the eggs were watery and lacked quality, as did the bacon. Additionally, the spa massage prices were excessively high, and the large swimming pool was not heated — not even lukewarm — which was disappointing. Overall, the hotel has strong facilities, but certain aspects, particularly parking, breakfast quality, and spa services, need improvement to better match the expectations set by the property.

Good location spot, great spa/gym, you can rent equipment at ground floor

Sauna, breakfast, comfy room. We manage to check in earlier, so far best hotel gym.

Low sound insulation, staff mostly were good but sometimes were rude (very rarely though), we had to look for parking on the street.

Guest returning to there room late at night and being loud/noisy on there way to there rooms and doors slamming….recommend guests to be reminded to respect other guest that may be asleep and keep noise to a minimum, maybe have signs to remind people that all corridors are a quiet area and have soft door closures on main doors

Great Location and Value for money with a good breakfast and pool facilities

good walking distance to the gondola lion Hoyle I have stayed in a few hotels and apartments but I always prefer this, think it’s great value for money and breakfast is the best that you will find in my experience

Turns out there are way better deals for this hotel aside from booking. Other couple booked the same room for 30% less and they even got the dinner included and we did not! I know that there might be a price difference but this is too much.

The breakfast was great. The spa section was better than expected. The ski rental service folks were friendly and helpful.

The staff in the reception has a smile issue, as in there is none. Asking for a second key to a room with multiple guests was declined. The worst thing was that the hotel has decided to only accept cash. This leads to guests having to pull money from ATM:s rigged on currency rates and costs.

On the way to the pool you have to pass the all reception and Bar arias in order to get to the pool. at the pool Extremely SLIPPERY TILES around the pool area and the sauna, something has to be done there ASAP, before someone get seriously hurt.

Disappointing

the place is close to the center and the gondola. the breakfast was ok.

the receptionist didn’t even speak Bulgarian at all, and when I asked something in English, she couldn’t answer ( she was Russian ). the check in -out. process, was extremely slow The room was very cold . The spa, the pool and jacuzzi was also very cold.

The fact that free parking is not provided is a negative experience for me. There is limited spaces that are free but only few and if there is no spot then you will need to pay 20 leva per day for parking which I personally think should not be the case for Hotel of that calibre and for the price.

Old furniture, unfriendly and rude stuff, the room had a very intense cigarette smell, they had only 1/4 of 1 toilet paper roll in the bathroom and the absolute joke: they charge for the bathrobes’ use 🤣 Very very overpriced hotel, many better options around.

Just wouldn't stay in this hotel again. Many different options in Bansko, to choose from.

Good location, poor hotel reception. Very professional massage services.

Bed for 3rd adult which we paid, was not suitable. Only a child could sleep there! DO NOT pay for extra adult as you don't get something extra. If someone has a child with him above 12-13 years old, should choose 2 rooms! Reception desk not helpful to resolve issues! SPA facilities feeling somewhat abandoned. Wifi weak in the room.
