Superb accommodation in an excellent location with friendly staff and great facilities.

The location was superb, a stones throw from the gondola and ticket office an a short walk to the bottom of the slopes. The staff were friendly and helpful, having a heated underground car park included was a bonus particularly given the snowfall. The steam room/sauna was a lovely touch after a day on the slopes and breakfast was good, usual Euro buffet which was hot and filling.

The room was super spacious however we weren’t able to control the temperature that well so at night it was super hot. We countered this by keeping the window open but being on the Main Street we were able to hear the bars/music.

I've stayed at the Boutique Hotel Uniqato on lots of occasions, and every time the service is impeccable. The rooms are always clean and well presented and the staff always friendly. I will continue to stay every time I visit Bansko

Great hotel if you catch a good price

The rooms were huge! There is a good restaurants just below the hotel, which servers great breakfast in the morning with some traditional bulgarian food. The staff was very friendly. The underground parking is a huge extra in the area of town.

Basic stay for a quick last minute ski holiday

Great location close to the ski lift and restaurants/bars. We thought we had a junior suite however, it was just a very big room with not a lot of furniture in. Bed was very low down which isn’t great for the back. Breakfast was very basic avoid the eggs after 830 as cold and seen better days! Great to have underground parking however. For a basic cheap ski holiday is passed

The hotel is nice, but needs renovation! The staff is doing great. The breakfast is good.

First of all, when paying for an additional regular bed in double room ie for a third adult, it is appropriate to place him on a normal bed and not on a sofa! Next, measures should be taken to ensure that in the rooms smell of smoke. As well as part of the interior, the bathroom is on the verge of self-destruction.

the location was great! and the fireplace was amazing! the room was very spacious too!

the couch looked a little dirty and we were a bit grossed out to lay on it. also should give oak wood instead of pine, since pine burns super fast. Also you pay a premium price for a junior suite with a fireplace, but when you get there you have to pay 30 leva for 6 pine logs…and again the next day….and the next…

Fun holiday in Bansko

Amazing location in the center of town near the gondola and all the restaurants/cafes/bars/shops. We had a spacious and comfortable bedroom and the staff were friendly. Would be the ideal location to stay at for skiing, unfortunately the weather was to warm when we were there but we did enjoy the hiking trails starting a short walk from the hotel.
