Decent hotel, giid location, terrible, almost non-existing cleaning services

Really nice friendly staff which makes a welcoming stay

The staff here were really, really nice. The bar area was cosy and a good spot for an end of day drink/cup of tea. The breakfast room was bright, the breakfast was good and again the breakfast staff were really nice. The table tennis room was big and there were three tables. The gym was pretty decent and the spa area was very clean. The jacuzzi was big and had a good temperature.

Unfortunately, some of the spa facilities were not on - but this might have been an issue on our side for not advising staff we were going to use the spa. (since the hotel spa was empty at that time)

The room was a lot smaller than advertised, many stains on furniture and walls. The breakfast was poor and very basic. The accommodation looks cheap and very uncomfortable. The lamps were cheap and broken.

Good location but poor customer service

The location was quite close to the gondola

We had to cut short our stay due to weather conditions and the fact that we had a flight scheduled the following day. We explained this to the staff and asked if it is possible to compensate the cost for the last night with the cost of the underground parking and car charging. They said that it’s not possible because we paid through Booking. We tried to explain once again that we don’t want the money back, just to compensate the extra costs, still no luck. Anyway, on top of that our car got stained with something that was leaking from the sealing of the underground parking and now it’s not coming off…

nice restaurant very good food good location in relation to the ski lift,very efficient house cleaning staff.Nicely appointed bathroom and shower area within the room itself.

room felt a bit basic and small, very surprised to find that there were no dressing gowns provided for use in the spa area not all spa facilities were available or working,Charged by the hour to use the pool table in the communal area which I felt was very inappropriate for the cost of the accommodation,reception staff were not that helpful or customer friendly

No privacy. I have booked a suite with two bedrooms. The problem is that the second bedroom and the bathroom are in the big bedroom. There was no air conditioner in the small bedroom. It was SO hot! Would not recommend when travelling with friends.
