Great appartement on a perfect location

Friendly owner, very nice breakfast. Owner arranged transfer from Sofia which was nice. Location was perfect and welness was opened whole day which was also very nice. The place was friendly with storage of luggage on the day we had to check out.

The 1.40 double bed was a little small for 2 persons but was our own choise. Douche and toilet are on the same spot in the bathroom which was a bit strange to us.

A warm, family-run place in a great location with excellent amenities - a truly enjoyable stay.

We stayed here for 7 days and had a wonderful experience overall. The location is excellent - about a 10-12 minute walk to the gondola (mountain lift). The hotel is family-owned and named after their surname, and the family themselves, together with their team, run the place. You can really feel the personal touch and care. I highly recommend including breakfast in your booking - it was very good, with a wide variety of options and everything very fresh. The beds were comfortable, and we chose a room designed for a small family so we had enough space to unpack and organize our belongings, which made the stay much more comfortable. There is also a dry sauna and a jacuzzi - exactly what you need after a day of skiing!

There was one inconvenience that was slightly unexpected. The room had a small kitchen, but the bathroom (toilet and shower) was located outside the room. We had to step into the corridor and use a private bathroom directly opposite the room, accessible only with our key. It was exclusively ours, but still outside the room. We noticed that other rooms on the same floor had bathrooms inside, which made this setup feel a bit disappointing at first. However, we quickly got used to it, and it stopped being a real problem. Still, it would have been better if this detail had been clearly stated during booking. Despite this minor drawback, I would absolutely recommend this place. The interior is beautiful, the view from the balcony is lovely, and the family - along with their adorable dog - made the stay especially warm and welcoming.

Cozy, comfortable and well designed at a good location.

The host was very kind and made us feel comfortable and welcome from the moment we arrived. The place is conveniently located on a quiet street half a minute walk from the city center. The interior design was very cozy with attention to detail. Facilities included dedicated drying racks, sauna and jacuzzi, and a luxurious breakfast. An overall terrific experience, we slept well, and we would like to come back.

It would have been nice if there were more places to hang things, and the refrigerator was slightly weak.

This hotel is the best value of any hotel we could’ve picked

The hotel was spotless and the owner could not have been nicer. We felt very well taken care of and we’re so happy to be close to the main pedestrian Street.

I would have liked more vegetarian options for breakfast, maybe croissant and fruits. I also like the option of a soft pillow.

Lovely Guest House!

Perfectly located, just steps from the main street where there are shops and restaurants, yet still quietly located. Rooms are simple but spotlessly clean and comfortable. Hosts very friendly and accommodating, really lovely people. Breakfast was very nice. All in all a lovely two nights here and we would stay again if we found ourselves back in Bansko.

Staying at Boutique Guest House Ikonomov was delightful.

Centrally located for various activities in town. Property was immaculately clean, safe, and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and morning offerings were varied with new choices each day. Dimitri and his wife were hospitable and gracious hosts. They never intruded but were always accessible for any questions we had.

There was no downside. No complaints.

Excellent!

Location of the hotel is great, you can go everywhere by walking. Our room was really clean, breakfast was very nice. We did not have any problem, when we had questions, Dimitri always helped real quick. We had a great holiday with my boyfriend. Thanks to Dimitri, we would love to stay here again and again!

Ski and fun

It was very close to the center, so you don't have to worry about parking, you can go by foot. It was relatively close to the gondola. The breakfast was amazing! The spa has sauna and jacuzzi, that was ok.

The room and the bathroom were tiny. We were 3 people and had no privacy. The shower was above the toilet.

very good location, rooms are ok, very pretty yard and also they have breakfast. The staff is very nice :). and you can park just in front of the building!! there is a ski room and fridge in the room.

The breakfast is not so rich, but for us was just perfect. Roms are not luxurious, but they g have everything you need, including a fridge. So nothing that I didn’t like. 👍🏻

Our room with 3 beds had no toilet. The toilet was outside the room. indeed with a key and private access, but still, on the hallway outside our room. the breakfast was Swedish buffet but poor in options.

Week stay for snowboarding

Dimitri was a very helpful and welcoming host to all of our group and runs the hotel very well. The use of the sauna facilities was lovely at the end of a full day on the slopes.

Ideale Unterkunft für entspannten Wanderurlaub.

Wir waren Anfang September 4 Nächte lang im Gästehaus Ikonomov zu Gast. Wir waren in dieser Zeit die einzigen Gäste. Insofern war es sehr ruhig in der Unterkunft. Wir haben prächtig geschlafen. Die Gastgeber haben sich sehr nett um uns gekümmert.
