To start off, Dimitri was so accommodating to us. So helpful and welcoming. From rental ski recommendations to the hotel service. Breakfast was well prepared, filling and delicious (loved the eggs). Really made our first trip to Bansko special. Thank you

La ubicación, la atención, nos encantó usar el jacuzzi y el sauna after ski y es un lugar muy tranquilo

The property looked newly renovated and was lovely and clean. We stayed in the attic room and it was perfect.
The only gripe I would have is the smell from the shower trap.

Clean. Nice breakfast and spa facilities.
No hot water at night, bad WiFi signal, medium room temperature, a bit uncomfortable room for 5 people.
