Location. Breakfast. Overall big and good value.

Lack of continues standard. No coffee in the room until I ask, no spoon. Hair dryer doesn't work. You cannot control the temperature . Jacuzzi was not activated

One night stay

Very friendly and kind stuff, nice lobby/restaurant with very good breakfast.

The bathroom was very clean, but still will be better to renovate it (as they did with the other facilities). The parking entrance is a bit challenging (for those w/ Lambo's or "big" cars, still the stuff navigate excellent to manage parking (luckily I'm not among the above society 😁).

Nice staff , outdated smelly rooms . Not a 4 star hotel .

Good breakfast and nice location ( still you can’t walk in the ski boots to gondola ) . Service was very nice , people very helpful. Spa facilities were nice .

Rooms are big but old . Beds not so comfy . Towels are changed only extra charge. Cleaning was not done in our room. Noisy rooms .

The hotel said they had double booked our second week and wanted to move us, they had not received payment from you so we had to pay again.

For 2 weeks we tried to get 2004 e back into my acc . I had ldle promises each day, could not sleep with worry, argument with the wife each day. I would like to speak to one of your reps but find it impossible with your web site. You have not replied to any communication s l have tried to send you during our stay. 382 69240453.

Superb

Great location, close to the attractions and in walking distance to ski gondola. Pool and the spa's are nice and offer space for plenty of peoples. Garage parking was also a nice plus given the very cold temperatures. The staff is very friendly and always looking to help. Very large rooms

Garage height is very low - if you're driving a SUV, all ski rack should be unloaded prior to get in. Very limited English command of the staff makes the communication difficult but they are really trying to please you. Breakfast options and quality (at least to warm the plates, else all your eggs are arriving frozen) must be improved. Bath in the Junior suite was pretty tight and, with a walk in shower, is hard to avoid making a lake in bathroom

Bella struttura con camera ampia, pulita, confortevole e con balconcino vista montagne. Vicina alle piste e alla via principale con i negozi. Spa grande e pulita.

Отель замечательный! Расположение отличное: пойдёшь направо - прогуляешься по пешеходной улице с множеством местных ресторанов, называемых "механа" с доброжелательными зазывалами, мимо небольших милых магазинчиков с интересными национальными сувенирами, мимо величественной церкви Святой Троицы и так дойдёте до центра города, где можно дёшево купить местную симку для телефона. Пойдёте налево, за 7-10 минут дойдете до фуникулёра, который поднимет вас на вершину горы Пирин. По дороге на фуникулёр есть много точек для съёма или покупки лыжного оборудования и неплохие магазины, рекомендую магазин итальянской обуви и, конечно, опять много ресторанов и точек с уличной едой. Персонал отеля очень доброжелательный. Нам нужен был поздний чек аут, мы получили его бесплатно! Есть небольшое спа с тёплым бассейном и саунами - сухой и мокрой, но главной моей любовью стал камин в лобби, в котором постоянно жарко горели дровишки и было очень приятно в холодный декабрьский вечерок посидеть перед ним в мягком удобном кресле! Номер у нас был просторный с большой терассой. И ещё плюс, что в лобби всегда можно было набрать питьевую воду. Всё понравилось!👌

Завтрак был скромный, но сытный, без изысков, но главный его минус, что то, что должно быть горячим (яичница, сосиски) были холодными. Матрас был слишком мягкий, но это моё субъективное мнение, кто-то может любит поспать на мягеньком. И ещё. Почему ёлка в лобби была без огоньков?!🤩
