Cosy, small hotel in great Bansko location

A lovely, cosy little hotel with rooms and food at a very reasonavle price. Deyan, the owner, was very kind to us, organising transfers to and from Sofia airport and accomodating pf vegan diets at breakfast and dinner. The food in restaurant Oscar was high quality and reasonably priced. We loved the jazz and blues music too. My partner enjoyed the Bulgarian wines on offer. The rooms were very warm (which is what we needed after skiing each day in February) and we had a nice balcony with great views. The location of the hotel was peaceful as it was away from the bars and nightclubs of Bansko main street but it was very convenient (15 minute walk to the gondola lift up the mountain and 5-10 minute walk to bottom of the main street in the old town). The decor in the hotel was very tasteful. There was always a fire in the living room/lobby area and the two dogs were super chilled out and adorable! Would stay again.

We can't think of anything to improve on for the price. There is a sauna, we believe, but we didn't use it. Would recommend asking about that as there wasn't much info about it.

Lovely place to stay if you intend to ski in Bankso , would repeat

The personal treatment the owners gives you is amazing! He was always available for us, he made adjustments to fit our needs and offered us some good tips and advices! The breakfast was very good as well

I think the breakfast should be available sooner, but we could make those adjustments as we needed.

Great location, great host, very attentive and helpful. He's also driven us everyday to the rental shop for skis and helped us get a 20% discount on our gear. Also we were able to bring our cat with us during the stay 🎈

The host was very friendly and helpful! We enjoyed our stay. The hotel has a cozy winter vibe. The breakfast was great, the rooms are spacious and warm and there’s a place to leave your skis and boots so they can dry properly! The location is good - only a 7-10 minute walk from the center and there is plenty of space to park a car.

Best accommodation in Bansko and the nicest people in staff

Everything was absolutely wonderful! This is by far the best hotel we’ve stayed at in Bansko, thanks to the amazing staff and excellent facilities. From the moment we arrived with our dog, we were warmly welcomed by the kindest ladies and their two adorable little dogs. Our room was spacious, overlooking the mountains and a peaceful courtyard, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel is perfectly located just a short 5 minute walk from the city center, along a beautiful path with lovely views. The bathroom was impressively large, and the entire room felt quiet and cozy. Breakfast was fantastic, and we enjoyed the best coffee in Bansko. We can’t wait to return and stay here again!

Excellent food and a comfortable room in the beautiful town of Bansko.

The room was warm and comfortable and there was a very comfortable chair on the balcony. The host was amazing. Not only did he cook me a delicious meal each evening, he provided breakfast each morning, including a freshly cooked omelette. He was also kind enough to drive me to the bear sanctuary and also to provide a transfer to Plovdiv both at very reasonable rates. He was an interesting man and I enjoyed talking with him.

This time off a tourist season, so hotel was almost empty as all town of Bansko. But prepare and will be ready for hi season for winter, so inapplicable question about skiing by booking.com? I like currently are some other activities in mountains as hiking and MTB bicycling etc.

Absolutely everything was top class. The accommodation is around a 15 minute walk to the old town and chairlift. The room was very comfortable and extremely clean. The restaurant was excellent with very good food and an incredible wine list and the host was very knowledgeable of the local wines Not only does this property provide accommodation but you can take a private tour of the vineyards or organise transfers to and from the airport or to the nearby bear sanctuary in absolute luxury in the motel's private vehicle. The host is fluent in number of languages including: English, Spanish and Russian...maybe more 😀 I highly recommend this accommodation- don't look anywhere else!

Comfortable and pleasant stay

Good location in walking distance to the city center, good size for the room with a wonderful view to Pirin mountains. The breakfast was varied and a very good quality. Same was the case for dinner that has been very tasty. The manager is a very pleasant and helpful person that also gave us useful information about the local markets and possible activities in the area. For sure we will come back when in Bansko!

We liked everything! The villa was spacious and very cozy with all the wood. There are 3 bathrooms, 1 on the first floor and 2 on the second. It was very warm and the villa has a fridge, microwave and kettle. The host is very tentative and made us feel like home, even our dog was welcomed warmly. He has great taste for wine and everything in his restaurant is really delicious. The yard is very quiet and we enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. The hotel is less than 10min from the town center.
