I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I came to Bansko to attend a conference, and this hotel turned out to be a great choice. The hotel manager was very kind and welcoming from the beginning, he always had a few friendly words to me and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The view from the hotel is beautiful and I could sleep comfortably every night, despite visiting during the summer. The hotel's location keeps the rooms pleasantly cool, so I never felt the intense summer heat indoors. The breakfast was also delicious and was a great way to start each day.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. They were always willing to help and made me feel comfortable from check-in to departure.
Everything met or exceeded my expectations. I had no complaints.
