Hotel FaMil - adults only

The apartment was very clean and spacious, and had everything we needed. I really liked the balcony and the fact that there was space to hang clothes outside to dry. The parking space is right next to the accommodation, which was very convenient. There are shops and cafés nearby, and the city center is only about a 10-minute walk away. The host was also very kind and always responded quickly whenever we had a question.

The bed wasn’t very comfortable. We could feel the springs through the mattress, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Also, if the neighbor parks in front of the parking space, it becomes very difficult to maneuver the car in and out. Unfortunately, we ended up scratching our car because of this.

Shower was leaking fully. No sockets near the bed.

+ We had a clean, modern, comfortable 2-bedroom chalet with two bathrooms, a small kitchen and a living room. Everything was nice and functional. There was a fireplace, too (which of course we didn't use, as we stayed in summer). I don't know whether the chalet had airco or excellent isolation; in any case, the room temperature was comfortably low during the July heat wave. + The manager was friendly and helpful, and don't let me start about his cute dogs...! <3 + great location in the quiet part of town (with easy parking), just a few minutes walk from Pirin Street

It was very nice. Not a problem for me (and probably not for anyone visiting a mountain resort like Bansko), but I don't think that there was an elevator. Check if climbing stairs is an issue for you!
