Great experience every time

This is the third year I have returned to Molerite. It feels like home when I come back. The room is comfortable, and the staff is so welcoming and attentive. I love the location next to the river. The view from my room was excellent, could see the mountains in the distance over the river. The restaurant attached to the hotel is the same family. They grill superb meats. They also have great Bulgarian red wines. Looking forward to returning next year.

If you are doing heavy internet work, you might need a SIM for data. For basic WiFi access, it is sufficient.

Not bad, but they need to improve their reception and guest arrival handling

Good breakfast served by very friendly hostess.

I asked for a non-smoking room on a high floor with a view. Their reception is often unmanned, and when we arrive a young lad seemed to be helping out. He gave us a slightly tired and gloomy suite on a low floor with little view and quite a strong stale smoke smell. I could see there are rooms on higher floors. I asked about them but the lad was reluctant to change our room. I should’ve pressed the point, but we were tired and I didn’t. Oh well.

The restaurant is great. It's the perfect "кръчма" experience. The sauna zone is nice too.

I think there was some mistake, but we were sent into an apartment in another building (above the restaurant) which is nothing like the pictures. It was dirty, cold with furniture from another century. One of the toilets wasn't working. Some of the sinks had only hot water, others had only cold water. Also, you can hear the people from the restaurant. There was live music till 1 am which we could hear very loud. On the next day, they told us it will be disco night, so to expect it to be louder. Thankfully, they moved us to a double room on the other building but still charged us for the apartment.

Muy oscuro, no te puedes duchar porque no hay plato de ducha sino sumidero en el centro del baño. Para ser un 4 estrellas muy mejorable. Desayuno bastante regular. No hablan inglés

Güzel bir deneyim yaşadık

Personel çok yardımsever ve güleryüzlüydü, otopark genel otoparktı ve hemen otelin önünde yer vardı ücreti kare kod okutularak yapılıyordu ve yapılacak işlemler konusunda Gül hanım çok yardımcı oldu kendisine özellikle teşekkür ediyorum. Otelin konumu iyiydi, akşam yemeğini otelin restoranında yedik ortam, garsonlar ve yemekler iyiydi. Sabah kahvaltısı tam aklımda kalmadı ama 6 seçenek içinden seçiliyordu. Doyurucu idi. Kahvaltıyı hazırlayıp sunan görevliye de nezaketi için teşekkürler.

Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό και πρόθυμο να εξυπηρετήσει και ο πρωϊνός μπουφές είχε τα πάντα, οπότε μείναμε πολύ ικανοποιημένοι, όπως επίσης κι από το εστιατόριο του ξενοδοχείου.

Στο μπάνιο : το ντουζ ήταν με μία πόρτα φυσούνα από τη μία πλευρά και μία κουρτίνα από την πλευρά του νεροχύτη...αυτό δεν μου άρεσε ούτε πρακτικά, καθώς έτρεχαν τα νερά κάτω από την πόρτα και την κουρτίνα στο σιφόνι που βρισκόταν στη μέση του μπάνιου, αλλά ούτε και αισθητικά! Θα προτιμούσα μια άλλη κατασκευή. Οπτικά, δεν μου άρεσε που στο μπαλκόνι υπήρχαν δύο ζαρντινιέρες στο περιθώριο εντός του μπαλκονιού, στοιβαγμένες η μία πάνω στην άλλη κι εντελώς άδειες, μόνο με ξερό χώμα! Δεν υπήρχε επίσης κάποιο κάθισμα, ενώ υπήρχε τραπεζάκι, οπότε βγάλαμε την μια και μοναδική καρέκλα που υπήρχε μέσα στο δωμάτιο, για τσιγάρο στο εναλλάξ. Τα έπιπλα και γενικότερα η διακόσμηση ήταν απαρχαιωμένα! Ωστόσο, το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό και ζεστό και γενικότερα είχαμε τ' απαραίτητα.
