Nice location, great culture, perfect for a short stay

Lift wait times. They open officially 8.15 or so, and the queues are already long. The queue time is up to 2 hours even up until midday. So with that in mind, it would be nicer for Mura to have slightly earlier breakfast and/or shuttle bus time to accommodate.

the location is too far to tele cabins, when we came with a lot of baggages, snowboard bags no body even bothered to help, forget about to carry them not even to open the door of the hotel. The sauna and wet bath were cold, not hot, cold!

Overall the hotel met our expectations and we will gladly come again. Recommendation!

Hotel is located right next to the old part of the city. Nearby you will find a bunch of old traditional restaurants, so called "mehana" with local cuisine. There is also a cheap bakery right on the corner. A minibus drives you to the gondola, and takes you back to the hotel every half an hour in the morning and in the afternoon. Wellness area is for free of charge, there you will also get slippers. Breakfast is ok (coffee was great). The staff are smiling and friendly and will try to meet your needs as much as possible. There is specious ski storage and special thanks to the craftsman who repaired the ski for my kid.

We expected a bit cheaper prices in the hotel restaurant. The curtains should be replaced as well as the carpet. There is no refrigerator in the room. I expected tomato and cucumber at breakfast in a Bulgarian hotel, instead it was one or the other every morning. Since the hotel is in the old town and the old houses are heated mostly with wood, you can feel a bit of dust in the air around.

Very good quality-price! But there are things that can be improved. Staff rude.

Clean and good quality-price. Spa centre is good as well and has jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. Good location and they have a transfer to the gondola.

The staff that were “serving” the breakfast was very rude. I like to drink my coffee in the bedroom and the cleaners always left the mugs there. At the end of the week I had 5 dirty mugs. But in the opposite side, the bedroom was always very clean. But the duvets are quite dated.

Disappointing

The breakfast was ok and the room was clean.

First of all, the receptionist was very rude when we told her we don't have hot water and she didn't speak english at all. Nobody spoke english in the hotel. We had no hot water, somebody needed to fix it and then we had to wait at least 10 minutes every evening for hot water. Although we requested a double bed before we arrived at the location, we were given a room which had two single beds attached but with a little gap between them. Besides that, the matress was extremly uncomfortable. The jacuzzi room smelled a bit funny but it was ok. The bus which is supposed to take you to the slopes has a fixed schedule, it goes to the slopes 3 times in the morning, every half an hour and 3 times in the evening, every half an hour.
