BANSKO SKI HOLIDAY

Near to town and Gondola,

Swimming pool and spa area smell of smoke from a fire that the hotel had previously, these facilities cannot be used at the moment. That said the hotel had laid on complimentary trip at no expense to customer to attend thermal springs which was excellent, a member of staff explained they hope to have there Swimming pool refurbished by next year this time

Clean, nice & quiet

The hotel is in a very good location near the ski lift area. We had a 2 bedroom apartment with a big kitchen and a sofa bed. We were a family of 6 and the room was well equiped with everything we needed. The staff was ready to help us everytime we asked for something. We will be back for sure

Good family hotel

Clean hotel, the apartment was spacious and equipped with everything you need. We were with two kids and felt like at home. The rooms were very warm , which was great for us The breakfast was decent every day. There is free parking right in front of the hotel. The pool is small but ok, the sauna is also ok. Close to the gondola and the stores to walk around. We wil sure come back again!

The pillows were little high for us but I guess it depends on the taste. Overall thats not something in a negative narrative.

A very comfortable relaxing apartment hotel close to the Ski lift made for enjoyable stay.

We stayed in Bansko over the Xmas holidays and travelled with our small dog. The hotel room was very clean including kitchenette area.. The staff were most helpful and efficiently sorted out a minor issue we had. Was very nice to stay at a place that was just easy, good internet and with plenty of parking outside. Buffet style breakfast that offered all . I will stay there again .

Amazing place!

We had an amazing stay at Apart Hotel Dream, it definitely exceed our expectations! Firstly our apartment was a duplex, with a huge living room, kitchen and a bathroom on the first floor, and a sleeping area with one single bed, one king-size bed, a huge bathroom on the second floor. We requested a crib and there was plenty of space for the crib as well. The apartment was really warm, the trash was taken out every and the towels were changed on request. Secondly the food for breakfast was really nice, besides the regular (eggs, ham, cheese) every day there were different sweet and salty options for us to eat. Finally, the pool was nice and clean, it was open from 4 PM until 9 PM, and there was also a sauna. The hotel had a small children's room that kept our kids entertained, and the pool table in front of the children's room was a nice touch to keep the adults entertained. 😉 Definitely will come back.

Good location, spacious apartment

In a quiet place. Near the gondola. You can approach to the hotel by vehicle and there is plenty of space for parking (it is not like in the center where vehicles cannot approach). 10 minutes from the beginning of the pedestrian zone. Several supermarkets are very close, some of them are open 24/7. Friendly staff. We stayed in a 60m2 apartment, which is very spacious.

Part of the street in front of the hotel is not asphalted, so passing vehicles raise dust. The apartment does not have air conditioning, so during the summer it is quite warm in the apartment during the day. I believe there are no problems in winter, because there are radiators.

Large spacious Apartments, great location

Very large spacious apartment, separate living/kitchen and bedroom area. Lovely and warm but big opening windows if needed. Beds comfortable, I stripped the bed for the cleaner on last day and was happy to see no stains on the mattress. The furniture is a bit dated but is fine, same with bathroom. Advise for ladies is to take your own hairdryer, the hotel one is a nozzle on a wall and will take a while to dry your hair. The hotel/apartment is very close to the town centre and only about 5-10 minutes to the Gondola. Reception was always manned and staff helpful., cozy fire and bar area too. We used the swimming pool which was fine, a little chilly for me, and sauna after, also fine. Clean. We used the amenities in the kitchen to make toast in the morning, groceries are very reasonably priced in Bulgaria. We enjoyed our stay at hotel/apartment Dream and would stay here again.

Lift was a bit unpredictable and did break down. Swimming pool a few degrees warmer. Better lighting on the staircase, the lights are not very bright.

Decent hotel in great location that has everything we needed for our ski trip

Hotel was fine for us and our apartment had loads of room - the breakfast was simple but decent. Location was great only 5 mins walk to ski shop and 10mins to gondola and easy to get to town. Staff were friendly and really helpful - would definitely stay again. For the money you pay its exceptional value.

The bar could have been slightly bigger/better but not really an issue.

The hotel was nice, comfortable, location was also good, breakfast was very good. The bads were comfortable. There are enough parking places around the hotel. The sauna was nice. We also played billiard , which was also nice.

It was cold inside and there was not enough hot water when we arrive, but after few hours it was good. It would be better to turn on the heat before the guests arrival.
