The appartment was large with mountain view and two spaces as we wished, the main advantage is the pet friendly policy, the place charges 10 Euros per night for your pet, and are more than welcoming dog owners. The breakfast is from 07 to 10.00, it is good enough, from the spa just the russian sauna is working. The staff is kind, they accepted 1 hour later check out, which I appreciate so much!
The ski wardrobe is just in the end of the hotel, which is too long distance from main entrace. Also there is no ski transfer to the lift station, although it is not as far from it, the streets are not to comfortable to walk with ski boots

Very spaceous flats, daily cleaning, coffee available, stocked with dishes for cooking. Close to gondola. Arranged pick uo and drop off to airport which was good.
Pool was closed following an emergency so was the kids room. We were offered a free trip to outdoor hot sprongs daily, however it is not a suitable option for a todder due to exteme temperature changes in the winter. No discount was offered and we ended up spending extra 40£/day to use spa in another hotel.

Near to town and Gondola,
Swimming pool and spa area smell of smoke from a fire that the hotel had previously, these facilities cannot be used at the moment.
That said the hotel had laid on complimentary trip at no expense to customer to attend thermal springs which was excellent, a member of staff explained they hope to have there Swimming pool refurbished by next year this time
