The hotel is modern, well-maintained, and perfectly organized, with a very welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and comfortably furnished, providing everything needed for a relaxing stay. The spa area was a real highlight – clean, well equipped, and perfect for unwinding after a day in the mountains. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help, which made the overall experience even better. The location is excellent, close to the ski area and main attractions, yet quiet enough to enjoy a peaceful rest. The food was tasty and varied, and the overall value for money was outstanding. I would highly recommend Platinum Hotel & Casino Bansko to anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and a truly enjoyable stay. I will definitely be coming back!

Terrible. Old and amortized. Rude staff.

Relatively close to the center and has casino in the lobby.

Everyone was rude. They couldn’t find our booking.com reservation for 30 min and whatever was requested we were met with negative attitude. The room was constantly hot without the “pipes” being on, no AC at all in the room. Booked a one bedroom, was given two beds and a top mattress who looked disgusting and had staines all over. Staff was rude.

staff were nice. Casino inside is really good

the kitchen and food wasn’t at all vegan friendly. Staff barley understood what it was or what to do and were inconsistent- i needed to explain every meal from scratch. very dissatisfied with the food for vegan

the hotel was really nice and the staff were super amazing and accommodating. we had some trouble with our booking reservation and they were patiently helping us and even upgraded us to a junior suit to make our stay pleasant. location was perfect and everything was great!! definitely coming again

I arrived little bet late, it was dark outside but even we we're late, they staff was friendly and so as we. Helped with bag's, and showed as the room we were staying. Food well, food.... it was amazing. I Liked everything. Breakfast good. Everything fresh and you can taste the freshness. Dinner, like I said - perfect. Meat was amazing, salad, pork, chicken, perfect. The cook made smoke accidentally, but it was fine. Because you can smell barbecue. And stuff was friendly to apologise about the smell from smoke. Room - good, fridge was working, all the necessary thinks was there tea, coffee and sugar. Towels, bathrobes, slippers. Perfect. Extras: Bar, always open, drinks was good as well only i missed the chocolate drink, next time I will get one. Spa- well I finally tried the massage, will say it was ok, well can't say more because it was my first time Swimming pool- warm and well maintained just last day's it was bit cold for my liking. Sauna/steam room- hot and awesome. Needed understand how sauna worked but i managed. Location- well it's not near ski lift about 15 min walk, main streat with resturants and othere stuff 5 - 20 min walking distance, depending were you want to go. Staff- friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. Asked about ski rental and transport. You can get equipment in hotell and transport is free to ski lift. Will be returning in this hotel

Very dissapointing when they publicize a kosher resturant and casino and it is closed. Not decent.

The Only very nice person in the hotel was the one in chrage of the ski equipment and massages.

We booked a Kosher hotel with Kosher food but the Kosher returant was not opened. .We booked a hotel with a kasino but the Kasino was not opened. When we asked for a cup of water at dinner we had to pay. FOR WATER! They are probably going to write back that they are sorry that I feel this way and that they will take care of this but when we asked for a refund they said this is the policy. We were very dissapointed from the whole visit.

false advertising, halfboard included but offered only breakfast. booked a room for three adults with three beds but one was not a bed but extendable armchair, definitely not a bed for an adult. shame to have a person sleeping as if in camping in a hotel. Also, advertising casino but casino was closed. False, dishonest advertising

Exellent staff whiling to help and very polite. A small gesture from them offering us wine for our friends’ birthday surpised us and really made us all feel welcomed. Credits to Theodoros for the special service. Bed and room was really comfortable and spacious

Good value for money. Regular room for 3 people is too small

Food was great. The hotel is good and close to the ski gondola and to the main street. Generally the hotel was good and satisfied our needs.

Rooms for 3 people are too small and not enough space for anything. We had to upgrade our room to gain some space to suite. Some small and annoying things - there is no free water during dinner and you should pay the hotel for drinks including water. Fun Zone - all games are not for free and you should pay to play (ping-pong, pool. foosball).
