Family ski weekend

Location, staff are excellent, had separated parking spot, and everyone was extremely helpful, and attentive. Hairdryer in the bathroom is an extra plus!

The pull-out sofa was really uncomfortable for us (adults), however, the kids had a really comfy bed in the separated bedroom - so it was just our poor choice. The crack on the bottom of the shower cabin was a little bit concerning.

At the beginning I didn't have enough cooking material for a longer stay, and they provided me with more. Then I struggled a bit with the internet to work remotely and they found me a solution too!

If you are looking for a boutique hotel then this is the right hotel Located in a quiet place without noisy restaurants or bars The rooms are quiet and very comfortable The sauna is clean and pleasant Heated and clean indoor pool No noise from families The breakfast is very good The dinner is also very satisfying The staff is charming and pleasant and meets all requirements Even requests for special dishes I have attached pictures The parking is very safe I left my ski equipment in the car without fear You can buy a ski pass on the spot for the same price, which saves you valuable time queuing at the ski resort. There is a possibility to rent equipment at a place that seems to be of very good quality.

Anyone who doesn't like quiet could have a problem.

Great staff, decent rooms and location

The receptionist was amazing, giving us tips for the town and allowing us some additional time to spend in the SPA after we had arrived a bit late.

The SPA was a bit basic, with the pool being suited mostly for young children or people looking to "chill", but not really suitable for swimmers. Our room was supposed to have a queen bed, but it had two twin beds next to each other, which made it a bit uncomfortable. Location is a bit far from the centre, but close by to the lift area.

Nothing!!!

Totally unfriendly staff and with big problems in the hotel! The schedule is not respected neither for the shuttle bus nor for breakfast. Very cold in the rooms throughout the hotel. We had 4 rooms occupied and it was equally cold in all of them. The schedule for the sauna is only 16:00 - 19:30, but it is not hot at 16:00. Mess and non-functional sanitary installations. Mosaic pieces detached and found in the pool water.

Excellent ski resort with a properly chosen hotel

Regular breakfast. Available free tap water :-))).

We couldn't use the WC the first night although reported it immediately after checking in. We discovered in the morning that the shower drain was clogged but sorted out promptly, along withe the WC. The rooms were cold all the time since they were warmed too little before our arrival and the radiators were too small for the room's thermal inertia. Dirty pots left in the oven. We took half board just to learn that tap water was not available for dinner. Refused to buy bottled.

Overall my stay there was comfortable with no frills

Location was in a quiet area, transport to gondola station was regular. Rooms were clean and comfortable size Staff polite. Swimming pool, sauna, steam bath and gym and changing facilities adequate

Advertised as apart hotel, but no pans etc to cook anything. No glasses for drinks, just 2 cups, 2 plates, 2 knives, 2 forks and 2 teaspoons and a small kettle. Fridge not working efficiently Sauna and steam bath were good but need some upkeep in areas

Our stay at the hotel was good. We had a great time

The hotel is good for a family stay. One of the big benefits that the hotel is providing is the pet allowance. The another is the serving of breakfast and dinner - so if you are with little kids this is a big bonus. The staff was super super friendly and supportive - I hope management will keep them for the next year. The SPA (pool, sauna, and steam bath) is ok. And finally, there is playground room for the kids which is again super beneficial for families with kids.

There are several things that I will recommend to fix it: - The lights near the hotel - there are no lights and it is not so comfortable to walk around the hotel at night. You can put 2-3 lights - and at all, it will not cost you anything but will create value for the hotel. - The window frames - for one of the rooms it could be fixed as soon as possible. On the first night, I didn't get very well sleep and it was because of the temperature in the room - something like Ice Age :). I was wondering why the temperature is cold in the room even if the heating is working. Anyway, for the second night, I prepared myself for sleep in advance with warm clothes but again I didn't get a very well sleep. This time there was a strong wind outside and after midnight the wind started to play a symphony with the window frames. It could be fixed because it is not acceptable for a SKI resort hotel to have such an issue with the temperature in the room. - Fitness room - it is not a fitness room. There are some machines but it will be more ok without these. They are old, broken, and non-usable. It could be created a more modern fitness room with a lower budget - something like a stretching zone, some street equipment and at all it will be more useful and will add value to the hotel.

Genuine hospitality, rare to find. Very welcoming staff, spacious rooms, good location, value for money.

Hotel is great, but hopefully the authorities improve roads around that area as some streets are unpaved and unlit at night.

Building itself was pretty nice, the rooms themselves could use a little updating. 25 minute walk from main square so not best location for summer, but would be a better location in ski season.

Overall our staying was good. The staff were very polite and helpful. Compared to other 3 star places the food was great. There was always someone to top the buffet up until the closing time of the restaurant.

Breakfast was very very poor. Rooms were not cleaned properly. Lots of hidden dust and spider webs, towels worn out. Bed was not double but instead two twin beds merged together and very discomforting. We could hear every noise from the hall, even cleaning staff were vacuuming before 9AM and talking loud, waking us up almost every morning.

I have criticism or suggestion only for breakfast and dinner as it was by my reservation so! Since all those who have and want to have a good time go to the Hotels, it would be that the food is also respecting everyone when we speak from the religious point of view, which means that something should be added to the food except There was no pork and water at dinner, which means it was packaged with dinner, and there was enough to buy! Nice hotel with friendly staff

It’s a nice hotel with friendly staff. The apartment was cleaned almost every day (when we didn’t stay in late). Breakfast was good, it had a bit of variety so we weren’t bored with it. Dinner was also good, it had a few standard items, and a few that were rotated every night. They have a lovely parrot at the reception which is great for kids, they hide it during the night so it didn’t wake us in the morning. The Turkish spa and sauna were working so it was nice to relax after a day of skiing. You can buy a ski pass at the reception, which is a time saver. There is a van to take you to the gondola every half an hour, but it was close enough that we walked most days (in snowboard boots not ski boots) takes about 10 minutes.

The beds are short, I’m 193 and my feet hang of the bed. The pillows were also pretty bad, luckily we brought our own. A lot of the furniture could be tightened. Most drawers can’t be opened without some finagling, and some tables in the restaurant are wobbly. This should be a pretty easy fix for the hotel. The pool is pretty small, on top of that it has columns in it which makes it even smaller. There were 5 of us in it and it felt crowded. The temperature is ok for some light exercise (if you have the pool all for yourself) but I think it might be a bit cold for kids.

Staff was very friendly, always with smile on their face, very clean and warm room, food was fresh, tastefull and various everyday, really nothing else to say except thank you for the great time we had! :)
