Location, room, spa area.
The staff and their rude behavior during dinner and breakfast. The food selection was very limited.

The staff were kind, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.
The internet connection was unstable in our room and the staff had to change our room which was nice.

Location, staff are excellent, had separated parking spot, and everyone was extremely helpful, and attentive. Hairdryer in the bathroom is an extra plus!
The pull-out sofa was really uncomfortable for us (adults), however, the kids had a really comfy bed in the separated bedroom - so it was just our poor choice. The crack on the bottom of the shower cabin was a little bit concerning.

Breakfast was very very poor. Rooms were not cleaned properly. Lots of hidden dust and spider webs, towels worn out. Bed was not double but instead two twin beds merged together and very discomforting. We could hear every noise from the hall, even cleaning staff were vacuuming before 9AM and talking loud, waking us up almost every morning.
