A comfy place to stay near Bansko main attractions

Spacious, comfy, well-designed interior; a well structured hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. There were some exceptional dishes in the restaurant menu - including whole roasted suckling pig for Christmas. There was also a live folklore performance for Christmas. Very pleasant interior design. Within walking distance of grocery stores, Bansko's center and many other amenities.

The corridor connecting the rooms was generally dark. The lighting was controlled by a couple of PIR sensors. They were not great at detecting movement. So you end up walking into a dark corridor, waving your hands and hoping for the lights to come on. We booked three rooms. Two of them were heated by AC units. Third one - small electric convection heaters. Those convection heaters were not adequate for heating up the room. Rooms are mixed - some were recently renovated, some were more beaten up. Some guests were quite loud during dinner.

Pleasant hotel with good facilities and outdoor garden, but with not so clean and cozy rooms

It is not our first stay at the hotel. What I like most about it is the convenient location. Also I was pleasantly surprised by the spa facilities and the garden outside, drinking coffee under the shadow of huge trees. The restaurant is also very nice,tasty breakfast, pleasant atmosphere. Comfortable lobby bar with high quality coffee.

What I didn’t like was the room. We were accommodated in obsolete studio. The bathroom was not so clean, the furniture and the kitchen were worn out.

The hotel is close to the Bansko gondola, but not so close as presented on the hotel site. It can be reached by foot (with ski boots) but better by car (taxi).

Reasonable stay

Location of hotel is excellent. Staff are super friendly, Has a apool, spa and other facilities.

I didnt feel like a 4 star hotel. The rooms were very plain and dated. There was no shower curtain or rail for the shower in the bathroom. It didnt feel luxurious in any way more like a lodge.

Excelent location

The breakfast and dinner were delicious. You have the buffet and there were various meals from which you could choose. The room was cleaned every day and the towels have been changed every day.

In the studio area, which is also the kitchen, sometimes there it smelled like food.

Excellent kitchen. Fantastic beef for dinner. Excellent pool, and spa center at all. The room was comfort and it was hot inside. Good hospitality.

Nice hotel in the perfect location

Location of the hotel is perfect, close to the gondola. Staff is heplful, food is excellent.

Although we rented appartment with kitchen, there was no dishes, no silvery, anything. You have to ask at the reception to get it. Light bulbs are not adequate, light is poor in the evening. Also there is extra charge for bathrobe ( which I think should be included for this price)

A 2-star hotel, in no way a 4 star! Too expensive for what it offers!

1. I made a reservation for 4 nights between 29.12-02.01.2023 with half board for which I paid 770 euros. Only after the payment was made, they informed us that on 31.12.2022 we do not have the New Year's Eve dinner or any other dinner included! I think it was totally unprofessional to do that. They informed us that the New Year's dinner costs 120 euros per person, 240 euros per couple. It was the best choice not to pay for the New Year's Eve dinner because the way the food looked on the other days, I doubt that it was better on New Year's Eve! We received the confirmation the next day when they served us part of the menu from the 31st dec. at dinner. 2. In the apartment we stayed in, the mattresses were terrible, as were the pillows, and the bathroom quite primitive. 3. You had to pay extra for any missing service or item, including some house slippers. I didn't even find a hair dryer in the room. 4. The food was also below average! The same every day. At 10 o'clock in the morning, all the food was packed, the water taken and the coffee machines turned off. In conclusion, a hotel to avoid. I really do not recommend!

The staf was friendly and very helpful. The facilities were ok, breakfast very good. I liked the sauna. The location is very good, in the city center, close to ski gondola.

The room conditions need to be improved. The bed was not very comfortable, the bathroom need to be renovated.

Good location, next to the forest, the food was delicious with good variety. The sfatt was very kind and polite.

The waiters were a little unfriendly. Although forbidden, some people were allowed to bring their drinks outside of the dining area and into the garden, we were told it's not allowed.
