It was my first time. I usually go to Kempinsky. It was an OK stay, but nothing memorable.

Location is good, the lobby is pleasant with nice performances in the evenings. The spa is OK, but a bit crowded. The ski room is well laid out with easy access.

The staff did not have the kind of local knowledge I would expect from Sheraton staff. the lady selling ski passes was unable to advise regarding walking trails and advised us to google it. When the ski lifts were closed due to wind - I would expect some local knowledge and maps. The breakfast was OK but a lot behind Kempinsky in quality. I appreciate Kempinsky is at a different price point, but Four Points was more like a Travel lodge breakfast experience in terms of food and ambience of the facility. Out door pool was closed - which was irritating, as hot out door pool was advertised.

Nice, clean, convenient stay in a good location.

Convenient to reach the ski base and Gondola, 10 mins walk with ski boots but going with the hotel’s shuttle made it easier. Clean room with friendly staff. Spa was nice but at time overcrowded.

Service, especially in À la carte restaurant or at the bar was not consistent. It appeared staff were over worked and exhausted.

High standard accommodation.

Good modern facilities, close to the ski resort. The spa was first class.

Even though I had a fantastic 'classic' massage the first day, the second day I booked a 'Deep tissue' massage but it was not a good experience. It was less strong than the classic one of previous day (contrary to how it was described), less duration but still more expensive. It was definitely due to the masseur, she was not professional.

Great location and facilities at walking distance from the gondola, lacks room service.

Location is excellent and they have (with Kempinski) duopoly of the VIP ski pass to skip the long queues at the gondola. Small but comfortable room with terrace. Great ski room with boot dryers, wonderful and cosy lobby.

No room service available, coffee in the lobby only from 1000 (but you can walk to the breakfast room and have it there).

Good hotel and location, horrible staff

Racist staff member welcomed us. He said hello where are you from, and after telling our country, he frowned, stopped talking to us and went away. Also, we bought new years eve tickets for the buffet, which also had a “welcome cocktail” included. Turns out there was no cocktail, and when we asked the person responsible they kust said no, heres some soft drinks. We paid 110eur wach for this buffet and this was very unexpected

Great vacation

New hotel with a great breakfast and dinner buffet. Had a beautiful and tasty Christmas dinner. Excellent cleanliness, heated indoor pool, outdoor jacuzzi, and big gym. Good location close to everything. Special thanks to Maria who helped us with all our requests and to Yana for the delicious coffee in the lobby bar.

The massage at the spa needs great improvement, it was cold in the room and we felt like they were just smearing us with oil and not really doing any treatment. The window shutter was open and people in the parking lot were looking in. Some of the staff at the reception needed to have more professional knowledge. Not every question should be directed to the manager. In order to improve the checkout process, we think the city tax should be paid upon arrival.

Great family vacation

The house keeping services are very good. Our room was very clean, towels changed every day. We had a great view towards the garden, the area is quiet. The gym is OK. The pool water temperature is warm enough. The staff is polite and helpul. The breakfast is not great but I need to mention the good espresso coffee.

The hotel parking is too small and cannot accomodate all the cars, the sofa in the living room is not very comfy.

The hotel works in a "dual mode", during the week and during the weekend. I had to occurances which convinced me not to visit this hotel again. Unfortunatelly my +1 could not come because of health reasons. When I was checking in, i mentioned that to the reception clerk asking if it is possible to arrange some kind of change so I can upgrade to half board and I was told that dinner is offered only over the weekend, which was very strange for an "year round" 4 start hotel. They have a great fireplace in the lobby which I loved. Unfortunatelly they only kept the fire going untill 21:00 because then was the end of the shift of the picolos which were responsible for keeping the fire going. I was also told that during the high season they keep the fire 24/7 and sure enough when the hotel got full on saturday the fire kept going till later. Bear in mind that the service you will get depends on the season! This is not an year round 4 start hotel.

Good stay for rooms & breakfast, but not for spa lovers

Very nice breakfast — good quality and variety (great for 3 days, but would get repetitive for longer stays). Pet friendly 🐾 (although see fee note below). Newly refurbished rooms, clean and modern. Nice view from the window. Welcoming foyer with stylish furniture and pleasant scent. Lovely small garden with turtles and rabbits — perfect for a peaceful walk. Indoor swimming pool is very good — hot water, clean, and towels provided (the only real plus from the spa area). Small but cozy fitness room.

€50 per stay pet fee is excessive, especially for a tiny, well-kept dog (ours stayed in pampers and didn’t cause any mess). No open restaurant in the hotel — you can only eat/order in the lobby; prices are ~5% higher than menu prices and quality is average. Outdoor swimming pools were extremely dirty — staff said “end of season,” but the weather was sunny and the hotel was full; guests still wanted to use them. During our 3-day stay, I never saw anyone cleaning or maintaining the indoor pools. Water was just left to dry/evaporate. Jacuzzi on Saturday morning smelled bad, water was green — we left immediately as it felt unsafe. Second day was a bit better but still unpleasant. Children’s pool outside was filthy (yellow/green water). Cleaning started at 11 AM in front of waiting kids, but even after, water stayed dirty. Lifeguards seemed helpless and told parents “it’s fine now,” but clearly it wasn’t. Reception apologized but excused it as “end of season” — unacceptable when guests book for the last sunny days. Paid parking (15 BGN/day) comes with a disclaimer that the hotel takes no responsibility if anything happens to your car — disappointing for a paid facility. Hotel layout is confusing; if your room is far from elevators, expect long walks with luggage and many doors/stairs. Overall: Beautifully renovated rooms, great breakfast, and a nice indoor pool — but spa, outdoor pools, and service were disappointing. Add the high pet fee, paid-but-unprotected parking, no proper restaurant, and poor maintenance, and it’s not worth the price. Wouldn’t return.

All the staff we spoke to were amazing! Unfortunately, I don't remember their names, but they helped my fiancé arrange a surprise for my birthday, which meant a lot to me. We had a fantastic stay. The room was very clean, and the lobby was spotless too. The buffet breakfast was very good.⭐

Not a place to visit

Only the outside pool which is useless in bad weather

The staff is polite but not helpful. The facilities are not clean for a four star hotel. They have problems with the household which was missing and we have to ask for a cleaning which is something that must not happen even in a two star hotel. They do not deserve the four stars. All tables were covered with stains that nobody cleaned for two whole days. After all we are clients not guests after we are paying and we deserve a good service for this. We received definitely bad service. We asked also for a lighter blanket and the staff said it will be hard. During summer time to have only a winter blanket is not serious. As we said, the quality does not deserve even half of the money paid.

We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay

We had a really pleasant stay — the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for getting around with lots of restaurants. The facilities and the breakfast were very good. Special thanks to Maria at the reception for being professional and very helpful.

Very clean, fresh, comfortable with basically all the features from gym to pools available onsite. The location is excellent - close, but not too close to the ski slopes, and close to the town center.

Some facilities like the restaurant and the outdoor pool area can be closed early or closed completely outside the season.

Good hotel, just wish it was finished

The fruits that greeted me as I settled in were delicious, as was the spaghetti bolognaise. The gym was respectably stocked, and the spa was acceptable. The hotel was quite central to everything going on in Bansko (not difficult as Bansko is a big village, nothing more).

Nobody went to clean my room. The spa area is unfinished. Workmen were constructing the outdoor hot tub as I sunbathed.

Amazing hotel

Beautiful hotel, very clean, amazing pool outside with warm water. The room is very nice with comfortable bed, big flat TV and A/C.! The staff very helpful, perfect service. We will come back soon!

BE AWARE .. they have BED BUGS!!! We had a room on the top floor and we were bit like hell for 2 nights until we realised the issue. We were eventually moved to second floor but there was nothing else the staff did. My understanding is that Marriott Group policy is a full refund and lots of membership points but we got nothing. Not even a free clothes washing. Secondly, the A/C is not working at all. Apparently, they are doing the maintenance work but I have not seen any during my 5-nights stay. Not to mention that complaints around this topic are posted by other users since long time. Therefore I believe this is just a lie to cut costs down with the energy. What maintenance work takes more than 1 months? I will definitely file a complaint to Marriott Group. The only thing they offered to us for free was the parking… which by the way is actually some empty space in the back of the building.. Navigating from it to the hotel reception is a nightmare; you need to pass through the Spa and the inner garden. Whereas the staff was fairly ok, I never had a tiny feeling that they are professional in hospitality.

New hotel, very clean, with nice admosphere. Very close to supermarkets, restaurants, ski rentals and 5 minutes walk from gondola station.

The interior was pretty nice and cozy with the decoration of Christmas and the staff was relly polite as well.

I liked how nice the receptionist was, she was making sure that we are comfortable enough, because our room didn’t have a balcony and she was kind enough to move us to another room really fast.

I didn’t enjoy that the pool was closed, because we were looking for a hotel with nice spa and pool and that was a little disappointing. Also we have paid 500lv for two nights and we had to pay 60lv more just for the parking was a little annoying given the fact that it could be included in the high price.

Catfish Hotel!

Location to town and gondala was perfect. Boot room very helpful and lobby is open, spacious and a nice place to relax after a day on the slopes.

The rooms are inadequate for purpose and not as shown in the photos. The sofa is bed is more of a chair fit for a child not an adult, unwell you want your feet into the corridor. The radiator leaks making the floor and your belongings soaking wet. Staff are incredibly rude, unhelpful and uncompaasionate (especially the blonde receptionist who refused to give us her name). She shouted at us on arriving to the hotel as she booked the wrong people into the wrong room. Shocked at being shouted at in the middle of lobby on our first arrival to the hotel and country for her mistake. Despite signs all around the hotel for no smoking, the rooms we we allocated had clearly been used for as smoking rooms. When asked if we could move room we denied, though people staying in those rooms had serve asthma. On return to the UK she had to visit her gp as an emergency due to exerbation of her asthma. We were informed there we no spare rooms. Managers refused to speak to us to help come to a solutions. So we had to spend a week in wet, cramped, sale old cigarette smelling rooms. On our final day we received an email stating if we wanted to extend our stay we could, this confused and frustrated us immensely as we told on several occasions there were no space rooms anywhere in the hotel! I would never stay at this hotel or recommend it.
