The breakfast was ok, there wasn't much choice. Spa is ok, with heated water, but there was not kids pool. The reception staff are great.

A hotel in the center of Bansko with its own parking and a delicious breakfast.

The hotel is a 2-minute walk from the beautiful pedestrian street of Bansko. The man and woman at the reception were friendly and smiling. The hotel itself looks nice. It was warm and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent — there was plenty of everything, and it was all delicious. There is parking in front of and behind the building.

We booked the “Gold” room but couldn’t figure out how it differs from the “Silver” one. There was no balcony, and the view was of an old roof of the neighboring house. The wallpaper was in very poor condition and was peeling off. The fridge didn’t work — we asked to replace it, they did, but the new one worked for one evening and then stopped working the next day as well.

Location is good, spa was working although we didnt manage to make use of it.

It was very hot in the room without any fan or aircon, the neighbours were loud, and the furniture seems very old and outdated. You could open the window but either had street noise or the other hotel guests that drank late into the night being loud. In general the building has a strange layout. It wasnt clear who is the staff as they didnt have uniform or name tag.

Perfect place for our weekend with the kid. I am excited to come back in the winter when we can enjoy the snow and the skiing in the best winter place on the Balkans! Really recommend it!

Location near the river

Outdated hotel, with dirty carpets, old furniture, noisy windows and a leaky toilet. The hotel advertises as a 4 star hotel, but in reality has the amneties of a 2 star hotel.

Certainly not a 4 star hotel

Location of the hotel is excellent as well as the flexibility and assistance in case of modifications of the reservation.

The facilities are quite old, the swimming pool was missing some tiles and the steaming bath did not work. The room did not lock from the inside and there was also no A/C which is a major downfall in the summer period. We were obliged to keep the window open at all times, which does not have an insect screen. The fridge in the room was not working. No possibility to pay by card and no water available in the lobby bar. The same person works at the reception and the lobby bar at the same time which makes either service very very slow. To sum up the hotel is not the worst, but it is certainly not a 4 star accommodation. I would not recommend for the price.

We were with a baby (the hotel was informed) and we were placed in the noisiest room possible. The restaurant and the spa center were accessible only with stairs, which made it impossible for us with a baby stroller. The room has the unpleasant smell as it has been smoked inside for long time.

Very good

Swimming pool and spa were clean and it was very nice to use it after a long day off ski.

The rooms were too warm, even with the heater off. Breakfast only starts at 8am and the first shuttle to the gondola is at 8.30am, it only takes 6 people at the time these makes difficult if you want to get to the gondola before the queue gets big.

Could have been much better for that proce

It was cold in the room which was not the case for the shared corridors. I asked the staff to double check the heating system for me. Regress of that, nothing changed. The room remained cold during the whole stay. In addition, there were cockroaches in the bathroom. The bathroom furniture needs renovation. Also, about the restaurant— there were no given hours about breakfast/lunch/dinner. At 10am there was already no one in the restaurant, at 13:30/14 it was the same case.

The view of the mountains was amazing. The spa was big and clean . Staff was very polite . we enjoyed every minute in that hotel. we would definitely go again.

The location is ok, the lobby is nice & the bar is cheap. The hotel overall (rooms + restaurant + lobby) is warm.

The rooms werent clean, same as the towels. The personal is unkind, the light in WC was broken - we asked them twice to change it and they still didn't. The food is awful, the breakfast is silly. Eggs were served only after 8.15am. First shuttle to Gondola should be in 08.00 but we were informed that the driver arrives in 8.15 and he skips the 08.00 transfer. First available is 08.30 - for 6 persons only. The amenities in the SPA werent working, only the sauna & pool which has water temp of 28.5C
