Excellent value for money, spa centre and very friendly staff.
If one thinks Bansko is a winter-only location this won’t be true. Just visit during the Spring, Summer and Autumn

Nice hotel with good SPA and free parking
Internet is horrible, works for 2 minutes and than stops. During our stay there was some problem with hot water.

Excellent hotel, 3 saunas, hot swimming pool, amazing breakfast and dinner, adjustable heating system in the room, free transfer to the ski lift, beautiful lobby with a fireplace and a bar, modern rooms and beautiful waitresses)

staff were nice and very helpful
rooms were destroyed, walls and doors had holes from what looked like a fight, carpets were disgusting
