The price I paid for this type of apartment is very high and the reviews on the sites are not real.

This photo was presented to use in the living room was not and we do not have sufficient water pressure.

The apartment was very cold the first day, even though the heating was on, it was obvious throughout the apartment that it had been uninhabited.

it’s an ugly attic, dirty, needs complete refurbishment before getting tourist.I was mislead by photos and reviews which most likely belongs to other appartment in the same block. I left the property few minutes after I entered, asking for the money back. they claimed that need the consent of the owner, same message from booking.com. I called back later, but nobody answered the phone. having no reply, it took me one day to convince them to allow me to enter again in the flat, despite the fact that it was piad for the entire week. i needed to stay in another hotel for one day. worst tourist experience ever i. my life

Very Good ! Nice choice.

Nice apartment, clean with almost all the comforts. Polite and helpful staff. Relatively close to the center and very close to a ΒILLA supermarket to buy whatever you need.

Just as a suggestion for improvement : a curtain needs to be put in the bathroom for the water from the bathtub.

Very nice apartment, spacious, well decorated, comfortable beds, quiet neighbourhood close to the center

Be careful with the advertised layout. I booked a 2 bedroom + livingroom apartment. Turns out it is a monospace with 3 areas and not a single door! Needless to say the two families became very very close as a result :-)

Great ski spot with many attractions

Location is good close to Sofia, great ski rental options, very good restaurants and a lot of shops

No options to pay by card at some spots and cash is prefered option method, no toilets on the slopes after the restaurants closure 4.15

The location was perfect, the staff was polite and friendly, very delicious cuisine, stylish and clean rooms with homey atmoshere and coziness.
