Great value for money, friendly staff, good location, nice-size rooms

Location was great, close enough to the Gondola and restaurants, far enough so that there was no noice at night. Room was big, with a small terrace, breakfast had nice variety of food, Sauna and pool clean and nice.

the hours of the sauna and pool were too short in the evening. They closed at 19:00, exactly when one returns from ski and needs the soothing heat of these facilities

The apartment is big with a spacious living room, big bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. The breakfast is great with a lot of choices. Pool, jacuzzi and sauna are fine and nice after skiing. They also offer transport with a minibus directly to Gondola lift. Great location with very good quality for the price.

The hosts were very nice and the facilities were very good. Good points for SPA area, restaurant and ski rent. The guy at the ski rent Denis was very polite and supportive!

Big apartment clean, nice staff. Free ski storage. Not far from the gondola. We took the hotel bus in the morning but in the afternoon we have walked and it wasnt far. Breakfast was good, it is the same everyday but if you are not staying for a week its ok. There was a "Make up corner" in the room, with a mirror, light and power outlets which was useful for my girlfriend :D

We were moved to Sunrise hotel, it is in the same building but different entrance because there were not enough reservations for the Walnut hotel to operate at our time. It wasnt a big deal as the Sunrise hotel was also good but at least on the pictures the Spa appears to be nicer in the Walnut hotel. But we got a bigger room when we got moved.The rooms were cleaned everyday but the towels appeared to not be changed often.

Curățenia, mirosul din camere si din tot hotelul, micul dejun același in toate 4 zilele, cafea de la micul dejun este de proastă calitate, de la un aparat . In camere nu s a intrat pentru curățenie pe intreg sejurul. Canapeaua din living, nu se poate dormi pe ea, copilul nostru a plecat cu dureri de spate.

Близко е до лифтената станция и центъра. В стаите е много топло, което за зимен курорт е чудесно. Персоналът беше любезен и усмихнат, макар и част от служителите да не говориха нито български, нито английски. Сменяха ни кърпите всеки ден и самите камериерки бяха много усмихнати жени.

От къде да започна? 1. Водата в басейна е студена, въпреки, че според спасителя беше 27° - не ходим за сефте на спа. 2. Басейните са мръсни - по пода има отлепени плочки и нещо като пясък. Джакузито е претъпкано постоянно, защото хората искат да се стоплят от студения басейн и е мръсно. В самата релакс зона където са сауна, парна баня и тн. е студено. 3. В коридорите на хотела е много студено. Докато стигнеш до спато си измръзнал. 4. Какъв е смисълът от кухненски бокс в стаята, ако вътре няма ни един прибор или посуда. 5. В стаите имаше паяжини, не бяха добре почистени, по пода имаше боклуци. 6. Няма халати. 7. Закуската не е разнообразна. Напитките се наливат в картонени чаши. Кафето беше най-отвратителното кафе, което съм пила някога.
