Pleasant

The hotel itself is good. Room is nicely done and also bathroom. Breakfast was related to price, no argues. In the hotel is renting company for sky, that was great. They also recommended us to use car in early morning to get on middle of the hill to not wait hour or more in the queue to gondola.

I could argue openning hours of spa and mainly the quality. Spa is open till 19h. People often finish skiing at 17h, then move to hotel, something to eat after skiing and then is no time for spa (swimming, sauna, steam, etc.). Sauna was nice, no argues (only problem that people come in swimming dress whitch is totaly against habit). There was unacceptable stink (bad smell) in steam and swimming pool (from mold or just unclean area).

Relaxing and enjoyable if you overlook some small problems

It was really close to the ski slope and a lot of shops. The room was big and had a nice view. The guy from the Ski Rent was awsome (give that man a raise, he deserves it). The breakfast was ok. The room was clean.

We had an apartment with kitchen, but we didn t have any cutlery nor dishes so we coudn t cook anything. No room service and no snacks in the fridge. The shower was clean but it was leaking a lot at it created a big puddle in the middle of the bathroom. The pool is really small and pretty dirty. no other free facilities except this tiny pool. The furniture is kind of old and damaged. I don t think it deserves the 4 stars rating .

Good location for ski/snowboard with shuttle to gondola.

The room was clean, shuttle to the gondola and close to the old town.

The things in the bathroom do not look very good, there is a water leaking when you take a bath and a lot of scratches are on the things. The bed is not so confortable(not bad, but can be better). The options at breakfast are limited, the coffee is very bad.

Location and cleanliness.

Very basic, shower wasn't very good. Was expecting a nicer apartment for £750. It very much did the job but the reality was no where near the advertised pictures on the site

Great hotel. 5min walk to centre of Bankso and shuttle every 10 mins to bottom of ski gondola.

Sauna and steam room were amazing!! Breakfast was good. Shuttle bus to gondola every 10 mins was very convenient.

Filthy place smells of cigarettes badly, nothing works properly or is broken, my wife went in the toilet and couldn't open the door from inside,the elevator smels like rats, its 2 star hotel at best,

Okey if you wanna go skiing, not so good for SPA

Staff was polite, we had a beautiful view from the room and it was overall very specious. I liked the pancakes at breakfast.

Jacuzzi was not working and even if working you have to pay additional charge to use it -15lv for 15 mins, the SPA is not that big - small indoor pool with medium warm water, sauna and steam room. The coffee at breakfast is terrible, only changing the coffee machine would improve the breakfast enormously. In the apartment we had a kitchen corner but not a single fork or plate to use which was strange especially now with covid when we had to bring take away food into the room.

ארוחת הבוקר נפתחת בדיוק בשעה 7:30, ככה שזה מאוחר עבור מי שמעוניין לגלוש. הארוחה מלאה ותואמת ארוחות בוקר במקומות אחרים, השעה לא מתאימה (לעניות דעתי)

מתקנים, ניקיון, איכות החדר. אציין - הכספת לא עבדה ולא תוקנה כל השהייה, האור בחדר לא עבר ותוקן אחרי יומיים, השיפוע בחדר המקלחת לא טוב, מוט המקלחת היה שבור, ארון בחדר שינה שבור ולא תוקן. רמה הכי נמוכה שנתקלתי והצוות ממש אבל ממש לא סייע. יאמר נהג ההסעה לגונדולה התנהג יפה מאוד והיה אדיב, יתר הצוות - לא באמת סייע. אדגיש כי היינו שלושה, אבל קיבלנו רק שתי מגבות ולא הסכימו לתת מגבת נוספת, למרות ששילמנו על שלושה.
