Very good room, clean, quiet, big and cozy. It was renovated, as I have been there before and I can make the comparison. The water was hot and the carpets, the bathroom, the kitchen was very clean.

Unfortunately, there was no pan, no toaster and no coffee machine. I think those were the only things missing.

Nice option for the ski trip and convenience for families

The flat was spacious, clean and very close to the ski gondola. The bedroom bed was comfortable and the kids had a good sleep on the sofa.

I would like to have some dishwasher soap and sponge, and a mop for a bathroom.

Good location and price

Location is excellent! 2 minutes from Gondola lift. The price is reasonable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Cleaning is once per week. No dishwasher and no clothes washer facility. Unfortunately, the pool is out of order and there’s no gym anymore.

we had a great trip but the accommodation wasn’t as good as previous trips.

location is perfect.

the apartment is very tired. living room needs decorating. the water is cold on cold, scalding hot midway and a hospital trip on hot. the front door looked like it had been kicked in. the bathroom door frame is peeling off,the towel rail fell on the floor and the shower head doesn’t adjust and fires the water over the shower door. the heating didn’t in the bathroom at all and the fixed heating only partially worked in living room but was very noisy. free standing heaters worked ok. the price of the apartment was good until I was charged an extra 200 lev for an extra person. this I feel was excessive for bed sheets and a towel.

Strong smell of smoke inside the apartment

Great location a quick walk from the Gondola, very central. Parking available very near lby in an outdoor parking space for Royal Towers clients (even though the guy at the parking spoke only Bulgarian , we figured out in the end that we needed reception to give us a slip of paper with our room number to put in the car, in order to be able to use the parking space).

WiFi did not work and the problem was not fixed; the whole apartment smelled of smoke (previous people must have smoked in there; it was all very basic with old decor and facilities; the bin pedal in the living room was broken; the light switch in the bathroom was also broken (though with the light permanently switched on which was better than swtched off); it looked clean but not really sure about that because the smell of smoke was everywhere and it was the main thing that really put me off.

הגענו בלילה אחרי הטיסה. אף אחד לא קיבל אותנו. לא היה עם מי לדבר. הסתובבתי השתיים בלילה כדי לחפש מלון אחר לישון שם. בסוף שילמתי גם למלון הזה שבכלל לא התארחתי בו וגם למלון השני. ניסיתי למחרת ליצור איתם קשר טלפוני אבל אף אחד לא ענה. בבוקינג אמרו לי שלא מצליחים להשיג את המלון. בקיצור שירות מזעזע!!!
