Great place for relaxing and visiting around Bansko.

The spa environment is excellent. Breakfast is very rich. The personnel is adorable and helpful, even if not everyone speaks English. The room comfortable with an excellent bed. A second small room with a couch-bed made our stay even more comfortable. The outdoor pool was a temptation, bud didn't have the courage to try it.

The roof in the balcony did not manage to keep the rain and melting snow out, so it was not usable during the days we visited it. Other minor faults were present in the room too (e.g. a difficult light switch), that didn't affect our stay. Unfortunately the fastest road to the center is not paved so we had to go through some muddy and slippery path to get there on foot.

Great hotel but could be improved still

The Premier is in a great location to get to the town and to the Ski Gondola. It’s a short walk or of course there is the provided shuttle bus. Vic in the ski rental shop is fantastic! He’s really friendly and very helpful with information. The majority of the hotel is decorated to a high standard and kept very clean. The spa area is very nice and a great addition, especially as the hotel do not charge you extra to use it.

The hotel has a great feel and decor through out. However we stayed in the 2 bed apartment and it feels like these have been forgotten about. The decor is not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel and is very tired, was not 5* like we had paid and booked for. The hotel offering half board is great but unfortunately we ended up going out for food each night. The buffet has an ok selection of food, however it was all cold.

The room was spacious and very clean. The spa zone is great - very spacious and has really good variety of zones. My three year old had a lot of fun at the kids club. The food at the restaurant is delicious - very fresh.

The staff is not super smily compared to the US but I guess it is a cultural trade so it is within the norms.

I always enjoy staying here—the rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is great, and the spa is perfect for relaxing. The staff are consistently friendly, which is why I keep coming back.

Our stay at Premier Hotel not only met our expectations but truly surpassed them. From the very first moment, we were embraced by an atmosphere of refined luxury, serenity, and breathtaking natural surroundings. The warm hospitality of the staff and the exquisite cuisine completed the experience, making it exactly what we needed for a perfect weekend escape. Although the hotel was fully booked, a remarkable sense of peace, balance, and harmony could be felt everywhere. The SPA area is impressively modern and thoughtfully designed. With several jacuzzis to choose from, it quickly became our favorite place to unwind and fully relax. After 5:00 PM, the heated outdoor pool opens and becomes the ultimate highlight of the stay – soaking in hot water, sipping cold cocktails, breathing in the fresh mountain air, and admiring the stunning beauty of Bansko created an unforgettable experience. Dinner at the à la carte restaurant exceeded all expectations. The dishes were masterfully seasoned, with exceptional attention to detail that delights the palate, while the elegant presentation was a true feast for the eyes. We ended the evening at the lobby bar, where the bartender welcomed us with genuine warmth and spoiled us with perfectly crafted cocktails. We wholeheartedly recommend Premier Hotel. Visit the hotel and experience it for yourself.

Awful, I never experienced this kind of rude and unprofessional behavior to guest from staff.

Rooms are clean and comfortable.

I had stayed on January 9 to January 11. I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the behavior of your front desk staff. I contacted the reception three times regarding an issue with the wifi which was described included. On all occasions, the staff were unhelpful and displayed a lack of interest. Additionally, their English communication skills were very poor, which made it difficult to explain the issue properly. During my third call, the receptionist abruptly told me to wait and hung up the phone on me, which I find extremely disrespectful and unacceptable. After this, I went downstairs to the reception desk in person, where the staff continued to display the same rude and unprofessional attitude. As a guest, I do not believe I deserve such treatment. This behavior does not reflect the standards expected from a hotel of your level.

On the whole a pleasant stay

Nice spa. The rooms were very cozy as it is very warm and clean. Most of the staff were really helpful and kind especially Ashe at reception and the spa attendant. I wouldn’t consider this as the 5 star Hotel. Overall a comfortable stay.

Disappointing breakfast as the food was tasteless. Lot of things there wasn’t working for ex room phone, elevator so we had to walk 4 flights of stairs every time we wanted to get to our room.

The apartment was quite clean and pleasant (except for the bathroom).

Unfortunately, there are many things I didn’t like. 1. The hotel is very cold. I’ve never stayed anywhere that was as cold as this one – and it’s supposed to be 5 stars? In the main restaurant, it’s so cold that you have to keep your jacket on. 2. Many cables and alarm system hanging everywhere, including in the spa area, hallways, elevators, and outside, which creates a feeling of technical insecurity. 3. The water in the spa pools is very dirty. Of the outdoor pools, only one is functional, and the saunas are not always working. 4. A lot of construction work on the hallways, stairs, and in the rooms during the winter holiday period (New Year). Unacceptable. Very unplasant 5. Around the hotel, there is a lot of accumulated trash, giving the feeling of an abandoned area. 6. The elevator didn’t work for a whole day, and the power went out both in the spa area and in the restaurant during breakfast. 7. The bathroom in the room looks like it was built 100 years before the hotel :( And many other things. Definitely NOT a 5-star hotel!

Pretty good hotel, worth the money, don’t take dinner.

Facilities were perfect, location is 10 minutes by walking to the ski site, although there are shuttles from the hotel every 15 minutes, rooms were good size for couples. The outdoor pool was just fantastic!!

Meals were not very good for us, there wasn’t a lot to choose from, especially in the evening meal… Most importantly also if you pay for meals, there are not free drinks and we didn’t know that so we had to pay for the water we took, and it was very expensive for a plastic bottle water. So overall it’s not worthy to eat dinner at the hotel.. there are very cheap and good restaurants it the streets.

Staff was not friendly. especially the ones working at the reception. we did not even hear a simple welcome from the reception staff. the life guard at the spa was extremely rude. location of the hotel is making it even harder and tiring.

Everything was very nice, after the less plesant situation with the initially allocated room was solved.

The hotel is very nice, the spa center is spacious and clean, the breakfast is tasty, and some of the staff are very helpful. We had a problem with the room, but the reception lady was very nice and solved it properly.

I did not like the first room that I received, as it was very small for 2 adults and 2 kids, so pay attention to the type pf the room you book.

Good staff. There're 2 nice restaraunts, quality breakfast, good SPA and free shuttle to ski zone.

Several showers in the SPA zone are out of order. There aren't freshly squeezed juices at breakfast. Also, as rule, 5 stars hotels daily bring mineral water to the rooms and offer champagne for the breakfast, but there's nothing like that here.
