Comfortable nice alpine rooms
The property has been renovated however the rooms vary we had alpine room which was nice although weird exit
We also booked a second room and asked for two beds but the sofa bed was actually kid size
The receptionist provided zero info about anything and could not be bothered to inform us spa hours and closure of the outdoor pool which we could bot use as it only opens late and openuntil 9 pm

The property and staff are great! Spa facilities are excellent!
We had quite a few issues with the kids club. First of all, be aware that the kids club is only from 2pm. Also the lady working at the kids club has no experience (she disclosed), she constantly had an issue with us leaving our 5 years old there, she let him out at times with no supervision. We had to complain at reception and get the manager involved a few times.
Also, be aware, VAT is not included in their prices. Consider that so you don’t get any surprises when you come to do your check out.

The apartment was quite clean and pleasant (except for the bathroom).
Unfortunately, there are many things I didn’t like.
1. The hotel is very cold. I’ve never stayed anywhere that was as cold as this one – and it’s supposed to be 5 stars? In the main restaurant, it’s so cold that you have to keep your jacket on.
2. Many cables and alarm system hanging everywhere, including in the spa area, hallways, elevators, and outside, which creates a feeling of technical insecurity.
3. The water in the spa pools is very dirty. Of the outdoor pools, only one is functional, and the saunas are not always working.
4. A lot of construction work on the hallways, stairs, and in the rooms during the winter holiday period (New Year). Unacceptable. Very unplasant
5. Around the hotel, there is a lot of accumulated trash, giving the feeling of an abandoned area.
6. The elevator didn’t work for a whole day, and the power went out both in the spa area and in the restaurant during breakfast.
7. The bathroom in the room looks like it was built 100 years before the hotel :(
And many other things. Definitely NOT a 5-star hotel!
