The staff was amazing!! The breakfast was great it had a wide array of food options and there was everything for everyones taste. The hotel was nice and hot, the location is good, the parking is free and spacious. Everything was clean and well maintained. The wifi is great all throughout the hotel. The pool water was hot and the pool is nice it has massage vents. Towels are clean and provided in the spa for the guests which is great and there were a lot of towels always available. Bath robes provided in the room. I have to say again the staff was amazing everyone was super friendly and nice and accommodating. The spa was great.
The only thing I didn’t like was that for a hotel of 5 stars one of the saunas was not working and the one that was working was very small so often we had to wait in line to use the sauna. Another thing that wasn’t quite 5 star level was that certain rooms in the spa were locked and could only be used with additional charge. That didn’t make sense for me. And it wasn’t anything special it was the ice room and the turkish bath that were locked, which is something you get included in the price in other spa hotels with similar price range to this one.

The rooms are spacious with everything needed. Very comfy beds with several choices for pillows. Complimentary water, tea and coffee.
The SPA is good, well maintained, the masseur Katya is one of the best that I have ever been to.
The staff is extremely polity and helpful, excellent service.
Great pizza in restaurant Leonardo.
Definitely recommended.

Looks and smells like and old hotel, the mattress and pillows not confortable, high bath tub i would prefer shower cabin, individual air conditioning with a splitter pointed at the bad. Overall warn out . Breakfast a la carte i would prefer a self service brakfast
