Excellent review for a hotel The hotel is elegantly designed. The staff has an exceptionally high level of service awareness. There is a large variety at both breakfast and dinner, and everything is delicious. The spa is well-maintained, clean, and offers numerous and diverse facilities. The reception team makes every effort to provide anything needed, always with a smile – especially Lyubo.

Great place to stay in Bansko quite and relaxing with all the amenities you will need.

This Hotels gives you the whole package: shuttles to the ski area(!), Spa (pools and few sauna rooms), spacious room, great breakfast, free parking, they even offered us food for the drive back to the airport. Game center for the kids. Staff speaks good english and are very helpful.

The hotel is stationed a bit far - but this is wasn't a big issue thanks to the shuttles.

The Queen of Bansko! 10/10.

A true 5-star hotel! (with a stamp) Without a doubt the best hotel in the area. Managed with care for every little detail, with a dedicated staff ready to help with anything. Clean and well-equipped rooms with mountain views, a varied spa and a breakfast that is one of the rarest you will find (recommend the legendary avocado toast). Since we are vegetarians, we enjoyed a varied evening menu at the hotel restaurant, I recommend the pastas and salads. The portions are large and the prices are definitely good. The hotel has another luxury restaurant next door, the ''Leonardo''. If you have a fireplace in your room, don't miss having it lit by the hotel, it's an unforgettable experience of the smell of good wood and amazing warmth in the room - for those who come during the snow season. Special thanks to the amazing hotel owner who takes care of every detail and runs the hotel professionally. Booking - please raise the hotel to 9.5, it deserves every star.

Romantic stay in Lucky Bansko

Very nice studio with balcony as we requested. Clean, breakfast is rich and very very tasty. Outside pool is very nice. Excellent location. Close to the centre - 10 minutes walking.

Great hotel!

It was my second time here.The hotel is great, you have everythin you need.The spa is great. The room big and clean.They even met all my wishes..I asked for a balcony and I even had one! Big bed with plenty of pillows, which I liked.We had a coffee machine and a teakettle, a well- stuffed minibar.They were prepared even for diabetic persons.We had some complimentary thingsWater ( even for the back trip), cakes, coffee and tea.Big parking space, which was free.The staff was helpful and caring, with a smile on their face.I felt terrific, I felt spoiled.

As close to perfection as you will find in a hotel

This is an exceptional place to stay. It is not often I give a 10 rating for a hotel but this accommodation deserves such a grading. The hotel is modern and very smart internally. The restaurant is excellent and the breakfast offer superb - it is rare now for hotel to prepare and cook bespoke breakfast for guests. The hotel also has a very nice swimming pool which is available to guests at no additional charge. If I am able to visit Bansko again this is a hotel I would return too without hesitation. First class staff. Highly recommended.

It was superb!

I like the spa facilities and pool but the pool needs some touch up especially the tiles. My son’s foot got a small cut from the broken pool tiles. The staff are polite and they were very accommodating. It was my birthday and they allowed us to check-in early which I truly appreciated as I was able to put son to sleep for his nap and we were able to enjoy the facilities more. They also gave us complimentary Baklava which is a nice gesture. Nothing that I majorly dislike. Only that the Christmas decorations are still there at the end of March. Overall it was really a good place to spend time with your family and the place is very kid’s friendly with lots of things to do.

Relaxing Spring vacation

A really lovely place that offered a refreshing vacation. Tha Spa offered a lot of facilities, and a professional staff. The keepers at the kids playground were excellent. The food in the restaurant was great. The hotel was clean, the staff was professional, all the facilities enjoyable and relaxing. And all the seasonal decorations were a good cherry on top to give a lovely warm atmosphere.

Easter weekend with my family

It's my second stay in this hotel and it was really , really nice. The staff was amazing everywhere- in the spa, in the restaurant (with some exceptions) ,at the reception , at the bar. Spa is small but very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was fine , nothing spectacular.

The girls in the animation room (for the kids). They check your kid in in a sheet and check it out, nothing else. They just flow in the room , interception with the kids is really poor and i don't think they really like their job. Thats the reason i'm giving the hotel a 9-star with the hope that next time we visit they'll have it fixed and i'll leave a 10 :) Prices in the main restaurant are a bit more expensive than they are supposed to be. But beside that the hotel is really nice and we will definately come back again.

A great place to feel like a king without spending a tonne of money.

We absolutely loved everything. The room had a view of the mountains and was very comfortable. The spa was fantastic! We also booked massages which were amazing. The breakfast was good and all staff were very friendly. The shuttle took us into town but it wasn’t too far to walk when the shuttle wasn’t running.

The only thing I would critique is the Wi-Fi. The connection was very weak in our room.

Great for families

Exceptionally clean, super friendly and helpful staff. We have been several years in a raw in this hotel for the winter holidays and it’s getting even better. We love the kids club and use it all the time. Shuttle to the gondola and even to the ski slops in the morning. Great pool and spa procedures. Rooms are spacious snd comfortable, amazing cleaning service.

Hotel is great, few areas for the management to consider: Kids club is understuffed usually evenings, there should be a care giver in each of the areas all the time, even if extra payment is needed. The pool is also underataffed, thw life guard is asked to do bunch of other stuff, and work at the juice bar.

Looks and smells like and old hotel, the mattress and pillows not confortable, high bath tub i would prefer shower cabin, individual air conditioning with a splitter pointed at the bad. Overall warn out . Breakfast a la carte i would prefer a self service brakfast

One of the two best hotels in Bansko.

Great place, we keep coming back several times per year. Staff is teally friendly and helpful, on top of it vey smiling. Great breakfast a la carte! Spa zone - perfect as always, not crowded during summer months.

I wouldn't pay so much for an hotel with such bad breakfast.

The room was very comfortable with everything I needed and more, very good coffee machine and capsule. The staff of the cleaners, lobby and spa was super nice. The spa was great.

The breakfast is vert pure and it feels like they are cheap. They dont let you have changes or a littler extra. Once I asked to remove meat from my dish so they have but didnt add more cheese insted. the bred is very sumple toast. The manager there is not nice at all. The food quality was bed, felt old. I even asked for a few slices of tomato for my baby and they didn't want to give.

Facilities good but overall felt did not get to relax as is advertised because of disappointing spa experience.

disappointed by the spa which was full of young children who were running about and going in and out of the steam and sauna rooms they did not seem to being supervised and there was no life guard around. We moved our selves into the quiet room where we thought we would be able to relax but more children came and were running in and out of there and it was impossible to relax. I was shushing them and telling them to go out but they kept coming back. Eventually some staff came and it calmed down a little. We booked the hotel because of the relaxing spa and we did not get this! We did inform the reception when we checked out who apologised. We decided not to eat in the restaurant in case we had our last evening spoilt by the same unruly children. Feel that if families with children are allowed in the spa then they should be restricted to certain times and have adult only times for proper relaxation.
