Very clean, was like a new hotel. The kids club was also a fun space for my son to play.

The hotel is very modern with spacious rooms. Also the restaurant is very cozy with great atmosphere and exceptional food. There is also very good spa with pool temperature of 30 degrees Celsius. The wi-fi works everywhere in the hotel.

The staff was polite and very helpful when needed. The apartment was clean, cozy and has all needed for nice stay. The breakfast was AMAZING! We will definitely come back again.
The restaurant is super cozy, personal is nice and food was delicious but the menu is too boutique especially when you are with kids. Even I have some problems with dinner choosing myself.

The hotel is situated on a quite hilly area of Bansko, near the Pirin mountain. Finding it was easy, as we used google maps to reach it. The parking is with a barrier, so you will have to send them your registration number before you arrive as there is a camera that scans your car. The parking is conveniently located right in front of the hotel, providing easy access. The best thing about the hotel is the amazing view you get from your room! The location is also really good as you’re near the mountains and its perfect if you’re skiing in the winter, but as we visited in September we couldn’t really use this to our advantage but at least it was in a quite area of Bansko.
I had a generally nice stay at the hotel, but I can only give it three stars because it lacks several important features that higher-rated hotels usually have. The hotel promotes itself as a “5-star boutique,” but I find this misleading. Having stayed in both 4-star hotels in Sofia and Plovdiv that exceeded their ratings, I expected much better service and quality from Entry E: Boutique Hotel. Instead, it feels more like a mix of 3 and 4 stars while charging high prices, which doesn’t seem fair.
The room was nicely decorated, but it didn’t really fit the “boutique” label, especially the bathroom, which felt out of place. The large boiler above the bathtub was not only unattractive but also a safety concern. Other practical issues, like an awkward trash bin and doors that were hard to close, made our stay less enjoyable. I was also disappointed by the lack of basic toiletries, like conditioner and dental kits, which are usually standard in good 5-star hotels.
Additionally, the hotel’s information booklet was made of cheap materials and included a list of prices for furniture in the room if broken which felt unprofessional. There was no complimentary water in the refrigerator, and the cheap plastic hangers in the closet didn’t match the hotel’s image. Other issues included not enough seating on the balcony for three guests and a hot tub that wasn’t working as promised. I share this feedback to help the hotel improve, as it currently doesn’t live up to the “5-star” experience it claims to offer.
