Nice place

The room had one window that was not properly closing, on the first night it was cold, the temperature was ok on the rest of the days. The wifi was not working in the rooms. The food was ok and it was good to have daily transport to the slope. The price was higher than what was offered.

Rooms were warm (maybe too warm), and breakfast was ok-ish. Reception lady was pleasant.

The rooms and bathrooms look old and poorly maintained. Same as the pool area. There is no cleaning service, the staff only takes out the trash and brings extra toilet paper. Definitely not a 4* or even 3* hotel.

We had to take the stairs to the room(2nd floor), had to pay for the hotel parking, no shampoo/shower gel/toilet paper and they were asking for lev, even though Bulgaria belongs to the U.U !!!

I found a bottle of Jägermeister above the wardrobe. It was louder than I expected, I couldn’t fall asleep because I was hearing the TV from the other room.

Overall nice, IF ONLY WE HAD HEATING, would`ve been great.

Overall, the hotel is quite neat. Staff is kind, the food is nice. Breakfast is an open buffet with some variety each day, but not much. Dinner is a la cart with a couple of pre-selected dishes, but nicely prepared on the spot. It`s not too close to the main city area (5-10 mins walk), but that`s great as you have more chance to get a parking slot.

WE DIDN`T HAVE HEATING MOST OF THE TIME!!! I don`t think I ever asked any hotel if they had heating in rooms, that`s just something that is considered a common sense. From the moment we arrived, we had to constantly complain about the heating, because the hotel was turning the heating on only for a couple of hours a day, as explained by staff. We got a couple of excuses, like that they turn the heating only when guests are back from the slopes, then another one was that it`s being turned on at 17h etc. They even brought an electric heater to our room, but that was not enough as the room was quite big, 80m2. What`s the point of having a spa, when you can`t use it as your kids might get fewer and ruin the holiday? When I finally snapped the day before last, and yelled at that poor man behind the desk, they turned on the heating and didn`t turn it off until we`ve left, meaning that they were really saving on the bill, and didn`t have problems of any sort with the system.

Couzy winter getaway

The food was amasing as well as the cook. Everithing we order for dinner was very delicious, fresh, prepraed at the moment and served with smile. The personell was very polite and carefull. The room was with standart size but big enough for a child and adult. The pillows can be replaced.

The same food for breakfast each day. Not too many choices.

The entertainments. There was written that there is a billiard, but there was not. Nothing else for entertainment, you do not know what to do there. Very bored.

Exceptional

Smiling staff, very attentive and always ready to please. Traditonal, well cooked food, enough for every taste and fresh. GOOD for skiing, shutlebus and ski equipment storing room. Very nice painting and nice design in the lobby. Quick check in and check out. Very good offer for a reasonable price after all!

It is not o true four stars hotel, the furniture a bit old, the bathroom minimally equipped.
