The location is good and it’s a quick drive from the hotel to all the lifts and trailheads in the area. There’s plenty of shops and restaurants close to the hotel as well. The breakfast and dinner were quite good with a fair amount of options to choose from. The steam room and sauna were good.
The room wasn’t that comfortable - it was noisy and the windows were very small and high up (even though we were on the third floor), which made the room feel gloomy and dark.
The water in the pool was cold, though that seems to be a characteristic of Bansko pools. The hot tub was not working.
There’s only a few dedicated parking spots for which you have to pay and the rest of the parking in the area is in a paid zone. There are free parking spots but they are further from the hotel.
