We had a very pleasant stay at Zlateva House. The location is excellent - quiet, yet very close to the center of Bansko and key attractions. The property has a traditional Bulgarian charm, well maintained and comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and satisfying, with a good variety and quality ingredients. The host was welcoming and helpful, which made the overall experience smooth and enjoyable.

The location is amazing! Just 50 metres from the Main Street. The house has history, the rooms were warm and clean. The host (Vladi) is truly amazing and made sure that we have everything that we needed. The personal approach and kindness is something you don’t see often these days, but Vladi was very very VERY kind and generous!

It’s the second time I stay in this hotel and everything was amazing once again! It’s a great option for a short stay in Bansko. The room is small, but cozy -I wouldn’t recommend it if you are considering to stay a lot of nights because it might feel restrictive. Staff is amazing, kind and welcoming. Food was just simply delicious with many options to choose. If you are going there for skiing, gondola is a 15minutes walk. I would choose this hotel again, as it’s a great value for money option.
The bathroom is quite small, but for a couple of nights is manageable.

Location was good!
I did not see anyone at the reception on the arrival despite I informed our ETA for hotel.I got the keys from a lady working for laundry. Thats why we had communication problem.
The bathroom needs a major renovation immediately!
