Very clean and very warm place. The towels and sheets smelled amazing. The staff was hospitable, nice and smiling.
The building and the rooms need a refreshment renovation like paint, curtains and such small things.

Awesome location in the center of Old Town Bansko in an authentic Bulgarian house from the 19th century. Very helpful staff and a delicious homemade breakfast. Value for money is disproportionately high compared to most other hotels.
