I had ongoing issues with the shower temperature. The water would suddenly become too hot or too cold, and it was difficult to adjust it properly.

Terrible mattress with the springs directly in your back, the whole place looked in decay , really filthy place , definitely not 4 star accommodation , staff poke faced and not very interested , would not go back in a hurry !

Careful with the pictures! Not like that in reality!

We liked the cleaning staff, they were very kind and even gave us new pillows

The pictures on the site didn't match the reality. They may have been taken 20 years ago when the hotel was new and clean. Now there were spider webs all around the hotel and balconies, dust on every surface and even cockroaches. We had paid for breakfast which was disappointing. There were only three things to choose from and even those didn''t taste good. The spa wasn't very clean either.

Wouldn't recommend this place to stay

Can't think of anything that I liked

I booked a room with two single beds for me and my father. In the room we got was only one double bed. In description it says spa is included. But leaflet in the room said overwise. Only swimming pool and jacuzzi is included in the price. I booked the room and the breakfast for two nights, but at reception was told only one breakfast is included. In the room was kettle to make tea or coffee. But if you want to use it, you have to put it on the ground as electrical sockets is under the desk with tv on top. And the cherry on top was when we came back in the evening next day after all day hiking and the door wasn't locked. Someone came in and took the rubbish so I presume it was staff. Thank God nothing was taken.

As a dog friendly place - AWESOME! Good value for money (summer vacation was 100lv per night)

Super dog friendly! (only 20 leva surcharge per day) The hotel has everything you need for a relaxing vacation! The rooms have AC (important for Summer stay). The SPA center has all facilities we needed. (Steam bath was very good) The breakfast was ok, but it gets crowded.

The restaurant was extremely hot (AC was off or not working ??) The hotel is somewhat old and you can tell - the furniture, the bathrooms, the SPA center, everything will benefit from a renovation. Breakfast starts late and the window is too short (2h starting at 8)

Great choice if you're looking for place to stay without spending too much

The breakfast and dinner were both amazing, fresh and delicious. The free sauna was a great bonus. Staff were also very helpful and friendly.

The room was not very comfortable: the bathroom door didn’t close properly, the mattresses were too hard for me, and the sheets were too small. Average cleanliness.

The hotel was fine. The first evening the included dinner was poor and it was not a buffet table but just ordering 3 course meal and that took very long time. We were just 3 tables clients in the hotel. Maybe that was the reason to calling down of the dinner service.appart of that the receptionist was very helpful. The pool was very too hot to swim. Just to stay in.

The first dinner was very poor and they did not clean the room mid way. Also the corridor where we had to place the tray in the evening did not get taken until the next evening. I thought this was down to staff not really helpful

Loved the spa! But it was very dirty! There was mould everywhere and the room wasn’t cleaned at all. They never changed the towels and the bathroom was horrific! We went there just because of the spa, but we never knew it was that horrible!

A 4 star hotel in 2007 that should be now 3 stars.

The food was okay and the room was not dirty.

The room was missing bath robes, shower gel and slippers even though they should all be included. The ac and fridge were not working. The sink was stiff and one of the toilet flush buttons weren't working. The shower head was broken and water was spraying everywhere instead of just down. Some of the lights would also randomly stop working. One of the saunas was not working and the swimming pool has no lights. Our room was never cleaned even though it should be cleaned every day. Reception did not even check our ids and gave us the wrong room. It was meant to be with a balcony but we didnt get that. No drinks were included with food even though we paid for breakfast and dinner, we had to pay for all drinks separately. The food was not named so you didn't know what you were getting most of the time. One of the nights the hotel hosted a party and had incredibly loud music until 1 am and we could hear it all the way on the second floor even though the party was on the ground floor.
