Nothing.

Sheets are very dirty and broken, it smells very ugly, the room is very very dirty, bad staff and you won t get money back if you want a refund. I don t recommand this accomodation. If you make a reservation you will make a very bad decision.

NEVER AGAIN, old, dirty hotel and annoyed dude

The room was big, upper floor, big balcony and nice view. A very nice lady at the desk wich was always smiling and helpful

There was a bald shaved dude in the staff wich was always upset, never speaking because of the zero english and he always made people feel unconfortable. Never seen a smile from him, a hello, when he was making breakfast you had the feeling that he is annoyed and upset with everyone. Check the google reviews to see that everybody complains about him. Then the room was full of dust, old furniture, better see the pictures, a disgrace really

Check in time was said to be until 22.00. When we arrived at 20.00 the door was closed and nobody answered the doorbell. It was difficult to find a person to open. Then I was charged for a prepaid room.

A quiet, cozy , retro inn near the center

Less than 10 minute walk to the centre. Very friendly staff. Clean. Comfortable. Well priced. The desk was a little too small for me to work at, but they had a small lounge area on the main floor of I needed it.

Some visitors might complain that the place seems to have old decor. I didn't care. It was clean and priced well, and close to wherever I was going. Walkable. The desk was a little too small for me to work at.

Bansko is a lovely place and this hotel is a good low cost choice.

The hotel was near to the town centre and provided all our needs. There was a good breakfast. We arrived by train and left by bus. The hotel is conveniently located if you don't mind a little walking, maybe 1km from both.

We had a room in the front of the hotel and we were woken by bins being emptied around 3:30 am.

Good cost x benefit because the room has an incredible view to the mountain.

The highlight of the room is definitely the view to the mountains. The bed is comfortable, the shower and the fridge works well.

The breakfast is too simple, no fruits, no cakes, no sweets, no deserts available. Both receptionists don't speak English, and the first one (from Saturday night) wasn't very friendly. The bathroom doesn't have a cabin shower, so you flood the bathroom every time you shower.

The breakfast was typical Bulgarian as was all the crockery, So the breakfast itself and the ambiance was a true Bulgarian experience. The staff could not have been any friendlier or flexible. It was like a family atmosphere.

The family atmosphere made it impossible to dislike anything. , Lunch and supper were flexible and value for money. The only thing that could be improved is the wi-fi which was ok for most purposes.

Unfortunately, disappointing

The only positive point was very kind and friendly receptionist.

The hotel looks like it is from the period of end of 80s. It need an urgent renovation. Beds are disaster! I saw many similar comments from previous guests, but I doubted. Now I am quite convinced they were right! Breakfast : poor offer and monotonous - the same for all 6 days. The guy (staff) from the dining room had bad attitude, with, I would say rude behave. It shouldn't work there. There was no coffee on the breakfast. Cleaning should be on a much higher level. Anyway, the only reason I tolerated the above, are my very good impressions about skiing and ski area in Bansko overall.

Kind workers but dirty rooms.

The workers were very kind and breakfast was decent. Also the location was alright, you could see the mountains from the windows/balcony. We were able to leave our bags after check out until it was time to catch our bus.

Our room was very dirt, there was black mold in the bathroom, the room smelled like humidity, the bathroom door would get stuck when closed, the balcony was tiny and the only ammenities was 2 packs of shampoo, there wasn't even soap to wash our hands.

Very very nice staff and common areas, tasty breakfast included

Wonderful staff, the lady who was primarily there was incredibly sweet and helpful for anything needed. She was just a genuinely nice person who really set the mood of hotel. The common areas were very nice to sit and relax, spacious and cozy. Great breakfast included, simple but filling, the homemade breads were super tasty. Looked forward to getting up early just to make sure I never missed the breakfast. The dining area is also cool, with a very historic Bulgarian feel.

I hate to say anything bad as the people running the hotel were so nice, and I know it’s a small family owned older facility, imperfections are expected. However, the beds were shockingly uncomfortable, not just based on my personal bed preferences, but to the degree that you could feel the wire mattress springs, that is how old and worn the beds were. Pillows also very old and felt like they’d never been replaced before. Any cheap bed/pillows would have been better, or at least a padded mattress cover. Would expect a hotel to replace these things at least occasionally as sleeping there is a basis of the business. I actually considered if sleeping on the floor would be more comfortable. The bathrooms were a bit old and run down, but didn’t bother me personally. Any slight issues could have been totally overlooked other than the bed situation.
