The location, the price and the people!

No warm water in the bathroom and problem with electricity, after the first night stay! Second night there was a problem with electricity and I took decision to leave the guest house earlier!

All in all, I would look for other accommodations on my next trip to Bansko.

The location was fantastic - everything was within walking distance and it was just a few minutes from the center of Old Town. I thoroughly enjoyed being so close to everything, and having a centrally located room. Old Town Bansko is definitely the place to be.

Perhaps my standards and expectations were too high, but the basics were lacking. In terms of cleanliness, it was very dusty and you could tell many areas had not been cleaned or washed for some time. There was no service either, so if you needed extra toilet paper or clean towels, you were on your own. The bedding was basic and covered a stained mattress. If you're looking for amenities, this room had absolutely none. There was no refrigerator, no coffee/tea or kitchen area, which means your only options are to eat out. The walls are quite thin and I ended up having to sleep with earplugs - there was constant noise coming from outside and the neighboring rooms. Perhaps this is a standard in the Balkans, but I did not particularly enjoy having the shower also be the bathroom. Everything would get wet and flood the bathroom floor, so if you needed to use the bathroom after a shower you could either dredge through water or wait for it to drain out. A warning about this would have been appreciated, I doubt I would have booked this room if I had known. It just seems like a lot of important information was omitted from the listing. This trip was for work, so I needed to have stable WiFi and a workspace....the only table was split with a vanity mirror and impossible to work on. The WiFi kept dropping out constantly and was difficult to have video conferencing. I ended up working from nearby cafes and only spending time in the room when I needed to sleep.

It's in the center and the price was amazing. The host is really nice and supportive. The rooms are quite big. It was clean and warm. Tasty food in the restaurant.

Don't expect too much - it is a family hotel and you are receiving much more for the price you pay.

Oreha House - the best!!!

I liked everything, the owner takes care good of the guest. Breakfast was tasty, the dinner was AWSOME in the Oreha Mechana’s restaurant. I recomand very strongly !!!

Изключително съм доволна от престоя! Бяхме добре посрещати и настанени. Стаите бяха топли, чисти и уютни. Пред къщата има страхотна детска площадка. Отдолу има страхотна Механа Ореха, невроятно вкусна храна и обслужването е топ. Бихме посетили отново Фамилна къща Ореха.

La posizione della struttura è in pieno centro a Bansko e quindi vicino a tutto, in corrispondenza della zona a traffico limitato, quindi ideale per i bambini anche perché proprio davanti c'è un piccolo parco giochi molto ben tenuto. Il proprietario, Gheorghi, è una persona di una cortesia e disponibilità incredibili, lo ringrazio infinitamente per tutte le accortezze che ha avuto nei nostri riguardi e lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque voglia passare una vacanza senza pensieri.

Из всех отелей, в которых я была в Банско , этот на сегодня самый удачный ( из самых доступных по цене) . Великолепное расположение: все рядом , это центр. Номер мне дали с отдельной спальней ( на это я совсем не рассчитывала и была прекрасно удивлена) . На кухне ( кухня-гостиная) в номере все есть : холодильник, чайник, плита, микроволновка, тарелки, чашки, стаканы и т д . Все очень чисто и аккуратно .

Задумалась… и не нашла к чему придраться.
