Fabulous people, food and location

Irena, owner, and her daughter’s partner Viktor were exceptional when it came to customer service. Restaurant is really nice, authentic and food was excellent

Our room was smaller than the suite we booked, however it was still lovely and we were very kindly allowed the use of it until we left for our flight at 12am!

Peaceful and comfortable super centre stay

Right in the heart of the town but very quiet location, pretty house with very polite and always smiling host! Very good size room, with great walk-in and separate to the rest of the bathroom shower, all very clean. Mattresses are very comfortable, nice balcony with a view. Parking outside of the old town could be a challenge but don't let this put you off booking this house, look for the side streets near the park, 5 min walk only

Stunning Views, Wonderful host and perfect location!

I stayed here with my husband and our small dog for a week long festival called Bansko Nomad Fest. It was perfectly situated within walking distance of everything for the event and also easy access to everything we needed. The views at this property were stunning! I appreciated the patio as well for some work and hanging out. The owner was kind, compassionate and I can tell she loves running her place. We felt welcomed and were always asked how we are doing and if we need anything. She was loving to my dog as well and this made us feel more at home.

We arrived during a heatwave which isn't common for Bansko she said. Unfortunately there was no AC during this time but thankfully a powerful fan provided some relief.

Great hosts, location and value for money

Delicious breakfast, very central location in the centre of Bansko, helpful hosts. It is a great place to stay to discover Bansko. No parking at the property, but free parking on the square 100 m away.

Beds were a bit uncomfortable, otherwise everything was fine.

A beautiful gift!

Very clean and well situated place, but quiet and cosy. Irena, Petya and Ivo are awesome (effective communicators, details orientated and result centred, easy-going, caring, sympathetic and creative). They make you feel really at home. Magic banitsa and pancakes, not mentioning the quince jam, amazing coffee.

I am a wheelchair user, and I couldn’t get into the hotel. Even though it appeared in booking as a place where disabled can stay, I had to take another hotel. It was a non refundable booking, and I never received back the payment. Now you have a chance to return that money. Thanks

Un séjour absolument parfait ! Le logement est idéalement situé, d’une propreté irréprochable et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Les hôtes sont charmants, attentionnés et font l’effort de s’adapter à chaque vacancier, même en surmontant la barrière de la langue avec bienveillance. Tout est fait maison, jusqu’aux délicieux petits déjeuners, copieux et servis à l’heure souhaitée. Un vrai petit coin de paradis où l’on se sent tout de suite bien. Si j’avais pu mettre plus que 10/10, je l’aurais fait sans hésiter !

Супер, изключително спокойно тихо и уютно място, хубава домашна храна, вкусно. Удобно, точно в центъра на Банско, в стария квартал, със старинна архитектура. Стаите са симпатични с изчистен интериор. Препоръчваме!
