The perfect place to stay in Banksko if you are on a budget.

I stayed at Hotel Bojur for a short skiing holiday in late January with my 17 year old daughter. This location is perfect for skiing if you want to be away from the busier new town. The free shuttle bus provided by the hotel made it easy to get to and from the gondola. The staff were amazing and very helpful. The food was really great too. The free spa for hotel guests included a sauna, steam room and pool, just what we needed to relax and recover from a hard day’s skiing.

I loved everything and would come back in a heartbeat.

A pleasant value for money stay

The staff is very kind and friendly. Especially Musa, the administrator, is exceptionally helpful and effective, always willing to fulfill your wishes. His response was immediate to everything we asked. Also, the rooms are clean, pleasant and very spacious. Spa area and swimming pool are also very clean and warm. I could say that the price is money for value compared to other hotel prices in Bansko. If you don't ask for luxury, I absolutely recommend it and personally I will visit the hotel soon again for sure.

The hotel is a bit old, but well maintenanced. The position is good (in Bansko) but not ideal, because it is not situated in the new centre, near gondola where are the more restaurants, cafes and bars. Of course there is a free hotel shuttle bus that drives you to the gondola and back but only at working hours of the ski resort. Breakfast is good, but dinner doesn't have much variety. Personally, I would like to have more choices of warm food . Spa area and swimming pool is situated in another building so you have to walk in the cold and snow to get there. Of course that was not a surprise as it was clearly mentioned at the description of the hotel and the pictures provided.

A good stay!

This is our second time in the complex. Everything was fine, we enjoyed our stay- there is so much to do in Bansko and nearby. We used the indoor swimming pool and their sauna. The appointment was airy and we had a comfortable stay. Thanks!

Some things need to be fixed or changed- the bathroom’s door and handle and the bedroom’s handle.

Unfortunately very worn and overpriced

There was a man and a woman working at the reception during the day who where really nice and friendly. When I complained about the dirt in the apartment, he organized the cleaning staff for the next day. Apart from the group of young people staying there its is very calm at night. It is 3 minutes walking to the city park which is nice. And the distance to the city center is also okay (10-15 min walking). We had a look at the studio and tbh I wish I would have booked that insteat of the appartment! The studio was very spacious and good priced. So I would recommend you rather this than booking the 2-bedroom-appartment.

The staff at night was the opposite: Not very accommodating or cooperative. The pool, spa and the restaurant where closed when we stayed there, but the price was the same as it was high season. There was a group of very young people (erasmus) who where sitting outside, drinking, talking, yelling till sometimes 3 or 4 o'clock at night. So we couldnt really sleep and the guys at the reception didnt understand our complaint (we felt more that we disturb them in their cigarette break). The appartment itself is totally overpriced. the furniture is very worn, When we arrived there were lots of (dog-) hairs on the sofa, smoked cigarettes from the previous person were on the balcony and a weird smell from the drain. The bathroom is so annyoing as there is no curtain around the shower - so everytime you shower the whole bathroom (including the toilet) is wet. The beds are super soft, there is a damp smell in the bedrooms and the curtains are transparent - so its never dark in the sleeping rooms. Although the two people at the recetption are really nice and helpful I wouldn't stay here again. The complex has some potential and a renovation would probably justify the price. Right now I cannot really recommend to stay here for long, sorry :/

well located to visit Bansko. you can park inside the resort. around 15min by foot to the city center. swimming pool in August was open.

appartment not well maintained. a lot of equipements were broken ie: microwave, doors to open, in the bathroom you need to open a hole on the floor otherwise you have water everywhere in the appartement. there was a dirty bird nest at one window. towels not so clean.

Excellent view, bright rooms, well equipped

Warm, clean, beautiful view, nature all around. The whole complex is very nice and well maintained. The location is very good, peaceful and still near to the center, shops, restaurants. The apartment is comfort and well ecquipped.

it was warm and clean. The receptionist are very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a private bus that can take you to the ski center for free.

The restaurant and the food. We ordered a dinner and waited for 90mins without getting anything. the waiter was saying its ready its ready but we never actually received the food. Breakfast is 2/10.

I liked the pool, sauna and ping pong room. Ok equipt kitchen.

Not very nice surroundings, no restaurants near by. Room had noisy radiators. You cand hear the water poring all night long. I needed to shut them down in order to get some sleep. Water pooring from bathroom plumbing. Very bad smell in the bathroom. Man guarding the pool room pretty rude. He turned off the lights at 7.45 from the pool screaming to leave (it closes at 20).
