Veziova House is an ideal place to stay for a ski trip, very clean and location great.

Very good

Staff is very attentive and customer oriented. Breakfast was very good, with good coffee and fresh orange juice available. Location is central, close to gondola and pedestrian area. It was quiet during the night. Apartment was spacious, beds comfortable and clean. Towels were changed after 1st day. You have a microwave, tableware and a small fridge in case you need to prepare a snack.

Furniture and overall setting is outdated otherwise comfortable. During peak season, parking can be little bit of a problem but hotel staff will guide you around. No water or coffee/tea available in the room, you need to buy them (supermarket nearby) Second bedroom does not have a door (somehow open space with sitting area), did not bother us being a family. Overall good experience despite small inconvenients.

Lovely traditional hotel with different styled spacious rooms. Friendly helpful staff. Excellent central location, easy to find. The food was all enjoyable with generous portions.

very friendly and helpful stuff at the guesthouse, clean rooms. very good price/performance. nice location.

it seems restaurant is not part of the hotel as we were not welcome to sit and order drinks at the restaurant without eating anything. there is also no lobby to sit down with friends. breakfast quantity was superb for it’s price but the food quality and freshness was mediocre. but maybe that’s also because it was a bit off season and the hotel was mostly empty

Our best holiday

Great location. The owners are very friendly and ready to help you. The rooms are clean, the bathrooms are renovated and very comfortable. They offered us a payed and a free public parking, we parked on the free parking and it was absolutely okay and very close to the hotel. We will definitely come back!

Decent amount of space in the bedrooms.Nice shower.Generally clean..Room was heated really well.

Parking is not close,is not private and reaching parking is dangerous for the safety/life of tyres since it is a rocky place with no protection at all. No kitchen facilities in room except a boiler. Toilet paper was open before we arrived. Could offer more facilities but that's a recommendation not a problem.

Good location, friendly owner and spacious room.

The beds and towels weren't clean. Maybe it was because we were there during off-peak season. The bedding smelled fresh, but the beds had hair all over them. The towels had stains on them. Didn't feel comfortable sleeping there. The shower temperature was difficult to control and the shower head couldn't be fixed at a specific height.

Great location in the heart of Bansko. The house is nice and clean. The owner is very helpful and communicative.

We expected only two things from the property- to get rest and to shower. Unfortunately there was a problem with the shower and the was running either very hot or very cold, so showering turned out to be a real challenge.

Great Location - Ski Trip

6 of us stayed on a skiing trip. Requested two Double and one twin room. When we arrived they gave us three double rooms however once notified at reception came up and rectified it straight away. Rooms very warm, slept some nights with patio door open! Room size perfect for all the time you are in them. Good Value for Money

best brilliant budget b&b in bansko

fantastic family run place in old town which was 5min wallk from Gondola station . adriana ( front desk ) is brilliant with her communication and responsive to all guest needs . she organised a hot spring experience + sauna + massage . the personal element is better than any 5 star that I’ve been to . after 3 days of skiing my muscles were sore and their magic in house masseuse called Jinko ensures that it all disappeared. a hidden gem …… I might come to bansko just to get the message
