Great facilities, staff is rude

The hotel facilities were great, the rooms were big, clean, and comfortable. The spa was truly amazing it had everything it was very relaxing and beautiful. The food was nice there were a lot of choices however most of the time it was cold.

The staff was rude, I asked for early check in and they couldn't even respond. They failed to tell us about parking and we got a ticket on our stay there from the police. Next they made us pay for parking on certain areas at the check out on which we were not informed at all.

Good but not transparent!

Good location, great food, very polite staff, clean and big rooms

The new SPA is 18+ years. You will not know this until you check in, this is not published on the official website! If you have kids that are 14+ years, they are not allowed to enter the new SPA zone which was the reason why we went there. It was a disappointment!

The SPA center and the food.

Service was very, very, very poor, the staff was mostly tense/curt/laconic. Facilities (except the new SPA) getting old and shabby. The music at the longe-bar too long and totally not matching the style of the venue, bar-tenders poot skills (couldn't make basic cocktails). no menu. Paid parking. The air-conditioner required a degree to turn on. Basically poor experience, expect the SPA and the food.

Never Again!!

The only thing that was nice was the spa...

1)Almost noone was speaking English so even if we had some more privileges from the Ultra Inclusive Package we still don t know what these are! 2)There was an awful smell in our room coming from the bathroom and the armchair in our room was really filthy (I'm guessing there were orgies going on there...) 3)Too much noise cause on our balcony there were 3 AC units!! (ours and the other 2 were from the rooms next to us) 4)There were some cosntruction work holding place beside the receprion, so there was noise from there too... I know that some things must happen sometime but at least if you have to do that then lower the price! I spent 200 euros per night and I couldn't relax!! 5) The buffet was pretty big with many options but for us the food was not that good ( 6/10)

I will go again .

The giant spa area with circuit of many saunas, Hammam, Steam bath, warm pool with jet strong yet, jacuzzi. Very clean , always someone dry the floor. The 503 room very big and quiet at the last flirt 4 th. The buffet is just amazing , so many many options. But I bring my sourdough bread .

The wifi is so crazy, have yo Connect again every time you stop looking the phone or tablet. Don’t have Smart tv with Netflix and prime. Have yo clean better the room . If I eat pop corn have to take off from the floor with vacuum. Don’t have to change towels and wardrobe every day , you should put a sign when guests want to wash put on the floor.

We had high expectations given the amount of money we paid for our stay. And we had a bad experience with this hotel. We paid full price for a deluxe room and received a lower-end room! The hotel verbally agreed with booking.com to give us a voucher for one free night, but they haven't emailed us anything despite our numerous attempts to contact them for 2 months. Very disappointed with this hotel; the service is disappointing. I do not recommend this hotel. Edit: the hotel replied to my review in a very formal way. However they still haven't contacted me to honor their promise of a voucher as compensation. Very disappointing customer service, not worthy of a 4-star hotel, they don't keep their word...

No value for money

There is no value for money. In the offer I bought it said that parking is for free, however when I arrived there the receptionists told me I shall pay for parking or I can park on the street next to the hotel for free? Unacceptable. The staff is extremely demotivated and there is no hospitality at all. There were missing cutleries on the buffet. I told one of the waiters and he just disappeared. When I asked at the lobby bar about the desert display, I was told that I shall pay and the deserts are expensive - 10 lv? If I pay this amount for the rooms and twice for the parking spot, why wouldn't I pay for deserts as well, when all inclusive haha. My foot wont step back there and I wont definitely recommend.

The price and the stars don’t correspond to what you actually receive

The SPA was nice, heated pools with jets and several saunas/steam baths. The outside pool has nice beds. The food overall has a lot of variety and the quality of the desserts is great. The staff in the restaurant are pretty nice and they do a good job cleaning the tables.

The staff on the lobby/loundge/pool bars (the male bartenders) are young and really are there just for the time to pass by - no good morning, no please, no thank you - horrible attitude. The SPA can get overcrowded because it is small for such a big hotel. The tiles and furnishing of the rooms are really old, probably since the hotel opened and they need renovation. The room overall was pretty depressing with even a black(?!) picture on the wall. The terrace, while big, was dirty and had no table/chairs for the people to stay there. While here in the questions section the hotel has responded that there are imported drinks included in the ultra all inclusive - this is not true - only local drinks are included. They don’t have irons at reception and when asked they told us they only do ironing by themselves and you have to pay for it. The minibar is reloaded the cleaning is done on the third day. The outside pool is across the street, which can be a little annoying going with your slippers and towel crossing the street. Overall if the price was 25-30% less it would be okay, but for this price the hotel really doesn’t live for the expectations or the star rating it has. For this price range there are way better/newer options.

The hotel is not value for money: the rooms are not very clean (the old carpet had a bad smell) and the staff from the dinning area were the opposite of friendly. The breakfast wasn’t so fresh either.

I enjoyed the rich breakfast and the spa very much. Too bad the room was a huge disappointment.

The spa is excellent. Clean, great saunas, the heated resting beds were my favorite.

The room. It smelled cigarette, my pyjama picked up the smell. The carpet floor triggered allergy. The shared balcony with 2 other rooms made me uncomfortable not there was any problem with the neighbors however they smoked there.

We liked the facilities and were fairly 4 star hotel. The cleaning lady in the spa facilities was very polite and friendly. The barmen were very polite and friendly.

We booked the most expensive room with a jacuzzi and we had no internet at all for one week. Our friend didn't have hot water in his room. we complained and after two days of complaints they offered us a much smaller room with no jacuzzi (that was our main reason we booked that room) and they gave another room to our friend with hot water. For us they offered a 10 minute feet massage. The location if you are skiing is terrible and the bus schedule is not convenient for the morning u arrive very late and in the afternoon you miss the bus because the last bus is at 5. with the queue to go down if ski road is closed u arrive at 5:30. Staff weren't helpful and also the buffet was good for salads and desserts but the main course was very poor and not nice at all. In general I would definitely not recommend it and was not value for money. Also, my friend booked a double room for two but there was a cancellation for the one person. The manager, Elca, was rude, she refused to have any conversation about any discount or offer any complimentary lunch, dinner, or anything else. In my friend's room, the first day, there were no towels or bathrobes and it took them more than 30 minutes to bring them in the room. Even though they said that we can watch any football match we wanted, there was no availability of the cable channels that show Premier League matches. Very disappointed.

Have to be improved

Breakfast was really good. The wide variety of food makes it possible for everyone to find something delicious for itself. Room was warm and spacious.

Staff on the reception was not acting profesionally. While checking-in receptionist just handed over the key and said room was on the left. Did not say about breakfast and spa working hours, nor any other facilities that hotel offers. While checking out not even “how was your stay”. It is not how should 4 star hotel staff act. Spa was good, but mostly crowded and smells a bit moldy. Comparing with other 4 star hotels I would not say that this one is up to standard, but regarding the price we should be realistic and not expect to be like it.

Distant staff, cleanliness(room wasn't cleaned even once, bathrobes were not changes even once during 7 days stay, we changed towela by asking cleaning ladies in the whole to replace dirty ones), SPA is small and overcrowded, no actual swimming pool - smal spa pool with warm water instead, bottled water paid additionally, soft drinks were available only from machine - too sweet and low quality

Clean and large bedrooms, good location, nice breakfast, cool facilities, some of the stuff were great, ready to help you with anything that you need but some of them not willing that much!

As a 4 star hotel it needs a little bit more organisation regarding information etc. Also, people who are going skiing they have to leave the hotel early in the morning and the breakfast opens at 7:30 which is not helpful for the people who have to go up to the ski lift early. Stuff is willing to prepare packages for you but quantity is not enough. However, at our last day they allowed us to choose what we want to be in the breakfast packages.
