From the moment we booked this hotel Katerina was incredible. Looking after our every need and making our stay as comfortable as possible. There was nothing she would not do for us and she made our stay amazing. The beds are super comfortable and the service is exceptional. Thank you Katerina.

the owners and staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Katarina the owner is on top of everything and took care of all our needs making it a stress free and restful vacation.

Exceptional
Great location, very cosy and excellent customer service. The on-site bar was a great spot after a day’s skiing as was the spa downstairs which had a lovely swimming pool and steam room/sauna. Staff were very friendly and bent over backwards to ensure we were very well looked after. The organisation with the ski school was also fantastic as were our instructors.
