We were extremely satisfied with our stay and the overall hospitality – everything was truly excellent. Mr. Drago and his colleagues were incredibly helpful and always willing to assist us with anything we needed. A special mention goes to Mr. Mikes, the restaurant manager, who was exceptional. The service was impeccable, and the food was absolutely delicious. The room was comfortable, beautiful, and exactly as described. Everything met – and even exceeded – our expectations. We will definitely return in the future. Thank you very much for everything!

It features a smartly designed, well-heated ski room with both elevator and stair access from the main lobby, as well as free parking. The check-in process is quick and efficient, and the dedicated staff provide attentive and professional service throughout the stay.

Stay was made even better due to the staff working at The Iceburg.

Great stay, the staff were fantastic. Rooms were basic but comfortable and for us the location was perfect. Not too far from the hustle and bustle but far enough to be nice and quiet, especially at night.

Fantastic stay at The Iceburg, mainly down to the excellent team who work there.

For us it was a great location, near enough to walk to the gondola (shuttle bus available) and into old town. Far enough out of centre to be quiet. The hotel decor is simple but it is excellent value for money and the staff were absolutely amazing and so accommodating.

Exceeded our expectations!

The hotel was excellent and offered great facilities, including a swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi, for free, which my friends and I really enjoyed. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff was amazing! Extremely friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist us. They helped us many times and gave us great recommendations for places to visit. Overall, it was an excellent value for money, and I would definitely recommend it. Can’t wait to visit it again soon!

Amazing value/offer ratio and fully satisfied

Everything was splendid and according to my expectations. 1) Room was very clean, quite and warm. Not anything fancy or very modern, but according to the photos and description. 2) Bed was comfortable. 3) Spa area and pool was warm and clean and it was included in the price. A bathrobe is offered in the room. 4) Staff were always friendly and smiley. 5) Free parking space. 6) The price compared to what the hotel is offering (spa area, breakfast) and the quality of cleanliness is amazing.

Can't say I was not satisfied by anything. Some very minor things that could be mentioned are: 1) The location of the hotel is not close to the gondola station, so you need a means of transport to go there. Personally I had my own car, and if I'm not mistaken, during the high season, a van is used by the hotel to transfer people to the gondola. But this is not a surprise and it is considered in the price of the rooms. 2) Breakfast was ok. Not something great, but enough. Warm plates were ordered using a menu with several choices. A small buffet was only for cereals, fruits and some cakes. I suppose that a full buffet is offered during the high season, since I visited this hotel at the end of the season (April).

Nice hotel, very helpful staff and nice spa facilities. The breakfast was generous with a mix of traditional Bulgarian and wider European foods.

You need to request the sauna and steam room be turned on at the reception desk - it would be nice if there was a button to do this instead - but given that the reception desk is staffed at all times this is not a big issue.

Good stay

Good place for the price. Breakfast was good. Rooms are good in size with nice balconies. The area though is a bit far from center it is very quiet for resting. There is enough parking space available at the property.

There was too much chlorine in the poll and the sauna was not working. Also the steam room was semi working as it was impossible to turn on the lights and steam at the same time. In overall the SPA center needs a bit more maintanaces

It's nice hotel, by the car 4 minutes to the center and old city. The staff was nice. The pool is a clean, but a little cold for us. Breakfast was ok, but little choice. The dinner we also ate jn the restaraunt of hotel, it was very tasty and the staff also was very nice.

The hotel needs rennovation, To close the toilet door you had to use a little force. The floor of the pool fell apart, we found pieces of the floor in the water

Well maintained room, the balcony with nice view, functional appliances, cleanliness, SPA with a sweeping pool. The included breakfast was just fantastic.

The lack of AC , which would be a great help during hot weather in August.

An old hotel, the rooms are very large and relatively spacious. We got 2 bedrooms and a living room

The whole room is carpeted from wall to wall, the smell is a bit bad, there is no air conditioner (at this time it is very difficult to get organized) in the evening after 21:00 it is pleasant and you can open a window. An area under construction around and it is not pleasant to walk in the dark. Old but nice pool

Breakfast was so good. Location is ok but you need to walk to the center and gondola area. Morning and evening there is free shuttlle for skiiers and it is very convenient. Hosts are so nice and helpfull. Balcony was nice to have.

Only one pillow each, no spare toilet paper. Room was too warm even with heating off, had to keep balcony door open all night.
